First i have received a wallet from my friend for my birthday and within a month the wallet started to colour fade outside and leather peel inside, hence i went to the showroom where i purchased and complained to them and the told they will forward the images and escalate the issue and after 5 working days they told it is user fault and hence nothing can be done.
How can a wallet colour fade within a month? Is tommy wallet that low quality? Why would i get a brand which served poor customer service?
I am attaching the images below kindly escalate the issue and revert back to me.
