Dear team,
I am a customer from visakhapatnam and i bought a pair of shoes in the month of july 2017 for my husband. Iam attaching the photos of the shoes which clearly shows the condition of the shoes. I have already shown this to the store manager in vizag but there is no response. We pay so much thinking we will get good quality but we never expect this kind of quality from tommy hilfiger

We bought tommy hilfiger wallet in january, 2018 and within 2 months its torn.
We have always used your products but this is completely unacceptable, quality is the only expectation and this time it's completely missed.
Wallet was purchased from a store in noida and there is no mishandling which can easily be seen in attached photo.
We expect you to reply us if this is expected from your product and what action you plan to take against this.
We need a replacement because this is just 2 months old purchase and not a product which worns out so easily.

A little over a year ago we purchased a pair of your mesh top casual shoes.
As of now there is a hole on the top of the right shoe at the end of my big toe.
Should this happen this quick?
We have used then as house shoes four or five times a week and do not believe the shoe has enough upper inside support.

Hey team bought tommy's watch from avdhi showroom of indore mp and after 3 mnths it stopped working, than the shopkeeper said that it has btry problem so they changed the btry than again after 4- 6 mnths same problem i changed th btry thrice in a period of 2 years and nw my warranty is expried so the avdhi showroom person is saying that the there is machine problem, it means either the battery of tommy was not up to the mark or they havent told me that the machine was defective... Nw i have send the watch to your company through their showroom with a complaint that it should be covered under warranty because i m misguided bt u guyz have taken charges for that... Nt expected from such a brand and plus plz dont give ur products to such a retailer... Company should help its consumers... Till how much time do i need to pay for this watch...

flawed watch and no response
Resorting to tommy hilfiger international headquarters was my last hope, as i have been disrespected in lebanon and i want to let you know that the image of your company is also being degraded because of this specific incident, i'm sure no respected company would like to have a bad customer service reputation. I'm usually not one of those people who trash talk cause i work in customer service at an advertising agency and have close online influencing blogger friends and i'm very familiar with customer ratings but i'm very very disappointed in the service i got from your distributor in lebanon, atamian. My boyfriend bought me a tommy hilfiger watch from their stores last november and i didn't even get the chance to wear it, it's been stopping ever since. The first error occured in january, the watch started giving wrong timing and wrong dates, i went to their stores upset, my boyfriend was ashamed of me thinking i would be sad that the watch he got me is not functioning properly and that it might be a cheap tommy knockoff. They took it to the atelier and then told me they fixed the hands and drifted them apart because they were touching and causing errors. Okay, i accepted the watch back. Few months later (Less than a year), i had the same issue, the seconds hands started going backward then normal, repeatedly, giving the wrong date, day, and time all over again. I was seriously mad this time, everytime i grabbed my watch to wear it, it wouldn't function. I still haven't enjoyed it. I visited atamian asking for a refund or another watch because obviously there is something wrong. I was very polite because i hate problems and i'm not a person that likes to make a scene. The girl accused me of dropping the watch and breaking it, i told her i barely wore the watch how could you accuse your customer of such a thing?! The watch clearly has something wrong in its mechanism and it's my right to get one that functions properly when i pay $230! They fixed it again and wouldn't tell me what the issue was, they told me the exact same thing they told me the first time, that they fixed the hands because they were touching, are they fooling me or what? I got really pissed, called their customer service and she told me they can't exchange it, and she knows it's annoying but these things happen, i don't understand wouldn't she get pissed if she was in my shoes? Noone agreed to exchange it for another one, even after trying to connect with them on facebook message one last time asking for a solution in a friendly way before i start spreading the word online amongst my friends. I don't understand how a reputable company allows such mistakes to go unnoticed. What will i do when the guarantee is over do they you expect me to keep coming back and forth to pay and fix a broken watch? Of course not, i will throw it in their face and never lay foot in their stores ever again because their products are worthless! As a customer, it's my right to share the awful experience with the people i know. The least i would expect from a supposedly respected company is a substitute watch or my money back. Tommy is literally my favorite brand, and i am a very loyal customer whether in lebanon or in the states when i visit, and i'm 1000% sure that you would never disappoint an upset loyal customer that did nothing wrong, this is a chance to take necessary measures to satisfy a very loyal customer. I would like you to contact atamian and demand an exchange or full refund for a customer that was utterly disrespected. This would mean a lot to me and to my boyfriend. Thank you in advance for any corrective actions you may take, i really appreciate your time and attention in reading this message.

Myself ankur from delhi. I had bought tommy watch for rs 9000 and after two months it stopped working. I was sent to world of titan. They changed battery. But after a week it stopped working again. I went to world of titan and this time they sent watch to company to repair it and i received the watch back after one month. But again third time after two days of its receiving its again stopped working. I am fed up with going to world of titan again and again for its repair and i am surprised that its such a big brand but its customer service and its products are so poor and of bad quality.

problem in wrist watch

Myself arun handa lives in sirhind. I have purchased tommy wrist watch rupeees 8000/- from titan care sky and rainbow inclusive showroom patiala. Sirhind to patiala distance near about 45 kms. After 3 month watch was not working i visited the showroom and they sent me the service center omaxe mall, patiala. They said leave your watch here and we will give it to you after one month its our normal service timming. After one month when i received the watch they said there is normal problem it will not happen again in future. But after 1 month again watch stopped i again go to service center they check the watch and replace the cell. Its only cell problem nothing else. But today watch is not working. I am really upset. Tommy hilfiger is the international brand and i am facing again and again problem. I am not satisfying till yet.

Hi. Its sad that tommy with amazing goodwill across india is not upto to its hyped level across all locations. This refers specifically to tommy's clothing location at alpha one mall, ahemdabad.
The salemanship is pathetic to its peak. Not sure if tommy has policy of not opening clothes because its a pain for sales people to pack those clothes even after customer has requested for trial multiple times, its a huge disappointment for us.
Request you to check with concerned people at the store and train them to be a bit more polite in their approach or be ready to lose regular customers.

bad behaviour of employees and violating my legal rights

I had bought a shirt from tommy hilfiger at a discount of 50% for the purpose of gifting but the size was not appropriate when tried by the person. So, i along with the bill went for changing the shirt but now the ongoing offer was buy one get one free. So, i selected two shirts according to the offer but the employees of the company were so rude and stubborn that they refused to give me the offer and said that i can buy only one because i have an exchange. The money value i paid for the previous shirt was rs2500 after discount.
So, they just had to deduct rs2500 on whatever billing i have with offer of 1+1 but they refused to give the offer. So they gave me just one shirt without the offer of one + one and just because i was fighting with them they gave me mere 20% off on that shirt. This tommy store is in kapsons in grand walk is full of rude employees. I always have a bad experience but this time they crossed their limit.

I have purchased sandals on uk tommy hill finger online. When a few days later i wanted to return them my post office informed me that the label to return this item has a wrong post code so i couldn't place the item to be posted. I phoned tommy hilfiger uk but the person i spoke to would not give me the postcode over the phone, she told a new label will posted to me. It has never arrived. I've sent 3 emails to the company requesting the label but have not received any reply. I've tried to phone but my calls were not answered. I was informed on my purchase email that i would have 30 days to return it but the call i tried to make informed me that i have only 6 days to to return.
With this experience i am convinced that th is deliberately giving people the wrong return label so people would not be able to return anything. It is outrageous, i have never had this sort of experience before. Do not buy anything from th online. You will not be able to return.

Customer Service - Store manager bad behaviour

I am really depressed with the incident happened to me in your TH store "Phoenix Market City, UG 68, No. 40, 41, Whitefield Main Road Bangalore (INDIA)".If you are having CCTV footage please check for the lady who is store manager and was wearing a white top and black or blue trousers on Monday (26th June 2017).She literally abused me and asked me to get out from the store and argued for a long time. I had just conveyed her in a simple language that the Tommy hilfiger clothes I am getting in USA fits me very well but what I buy in India does not fits good on me. And she started saying that this is my store how can you compare it with others please get out from my store and it was really very disrespectful for me and I want a strict action to be taken on her.If you need a proof you can ask one of the store guy was there at the same moment and incident happened in late evening time.She literally abused me and asked me to get out of the store many times and being a customer I cannot bear this self respect loss and now I can never go and visit that store and so my friends will also never go their now, instead Me and my friends has decided not to use TOMMY HILFIGER anymore now.How can you people talk to your customers like this? I wants a strict action to be taken on that Store manager and I wants this to be transparent and so I can be aware what action you have taken on her. I am really depressed, shocked and mentally harassed by you guys. I will file a case consumer court for the same and this is my warning to TOMMY HILFIGER if there is no action taken on her.

Gold membership vouchers

I shopped from tommy hilfiger, DLF Promenade mall in 2016 after which they provided me with their gold membership. They had to give me some physical vouchers which they did not, even the membership was given to me after a couple of days. With the help of those vouchers I can avail some discounts, which I did not know back then. I know it now because of a text message received from hilfiger regarding the same. If I ask for the vouchers now they come up with excuses such as their staff has changed and they do not have records anymore. This has become really frustrating for me. I have never experienced such kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior.

Broken luggage

I had bought a tommy hilfiger suitcase on the 02/08/2015, unfortunately the suitcase broke while i was traveling overseas. I went to your connaught place outlet in new delhi to return it and was given a receiving of the same on the business card, after 3 days i got a call from one of your staff members saying that we would not be able to anything about this suitcase as the same has been mishandled at the airport and mishandling is not covered in the warranty. Then i was given a number of someone with the name of neetu mobile no +91 [protected] who was rude enough not to take my call despite calling 5 times and didn't even bother to return my call which is very rude for a customer care executive handling the responsibility of a company with the gravity of tommy hilfiger.
I would like to ask a simple question we buy luggage for the sole purpose of to travel and not to keep at home, if the luggage has been mishandled at the airport despite having a fragile sticker on the same its not the customer's fault. A customer tends to opt for a renowned brand and pay extra bucks just for better quality and better after sales service.
What i feel is your company should start focusing not only on the sales or the aesthetic appeal of the goods but its quality and especially the after sales support to as that is what remains in the client's brain in the long run.
We hope that the company takes this mail in all its positivity for the future sales and orientation to the customers who are buying their products.

I had bought a women tommy hilfiger watch (14Feb2016) from Central Oberoi mall Goregaon which has two years warranty.
Within few months the watch stopped working in between. As it mentions on the warranty card that the repairing/ servicing is done in World of Titan hence i kept the watch in World of Titan for 2 weeks for repair.
After collecting the watch again it has stopped working and i have in total visited and submitted my watch 3 times but still it is not working.
I want a replacement for this poor quality of watch which costed me more than 8000 bucks and also repeated visits to the service centres

I bought a wallet from TOMMY HILFIGER outlet in Central Mall, Bellandur, Bangalore on 29th Jan 2017 MRP rs 2399. Its been just 2 weeks i.e 16th of Feb, 17, and its stitching has started coming out, The outlet guys are not entertaining the complaint.

Dears,
I was in vacation visiting Istanbul, Turkish, during first week of October 2016.
I have visited Tommy in optimum outlet mall on Saturday 1st October 2016.
I bought one women belt and one women perfume for mysel[censored]se, and bought one men perfume as a gift for my husband, paid with my credit card.
Unfortunately, I didn’t check them before leaving as I am quite sure I am dealing with multinational shop won’t have any mistakes.
When I returned back to my country Egypt, while I am giving the gift to my husband found the perfume bottle is empty.
I believe this for sure happened improperly, as Tommy Hilfiger wont cheat their customers.
I am attaching all documents proved what I am saying in terms of:
• Credit card payment receipt.
• Credit card transaction in statement.
• Photo of the two perfumes
• Photo of the empty bottle.
Noted, Currently, I am back to Egypt that is why I didn’t go to Tommy shop in optimum mall in Istanbul.

I had purchased the th watch. Just after 1 month the strap became faulty. Thi is due to the wrong design of the watch. This was basically the manufacturing defect. But keeping the watch for 2 months, they are saying to pay 50% of the total amount of the watch. The watch cost was 7600.
Omg! Really.. For a metal strap you are demanding this much..
The dealer saying that you should pay but there will no guarantee that the next strap will work fine. This means, i should pay for strap for the whole life or else stop wearing watches. They are making me learn how to wear a costly watch...
Th is pathetic brand.. Worst in watch category.. Any suggestions what to do..

Refusing to replace damaged wallet in warranty period.

I have bought a wallet from tommy showroom kamla nagar on 30th oct 2015 priced rs 2600/ after 1 mounth i have faced stitching problem in it, so i went to the showroom on 18 jan as it was in the warranty period. they told me that you can exchange your product with same wallet or another wallet with the same price. But that time they do not have the same wallet and other stock of wallets so they told me that you can came to our showroom in end of feb when the new stock arrives. after 1 month i again visited the showroom and they said that new stock not arrived yet we will call you and inform you whenever new stock arrive. i gave my bill and wallet to them and returned to my home . after few days i again went to the showroom for update but as usual they sent me back .

On 7th November'15, I had bought a Tommy Hilfiger backpack from a Tommy Hilfiger showroom in the R city mall and within three months I was facing a stitching issue in the bag. I gave the bag for repairing also and even after one month my bag is not repaired yet. They repaired twice, but both the times I had to return on the same time, because still there was stitching issue. TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN:
This is in regard to a watch, which I had purchased on 16th August 2014 from Shoppers Stop Ltd, MGF Metropolitan Mall, Saket, New Delhi- 110017 .
Apparently it was my birthday gift so supposedly I wore it on 27th Sep 2014 and figured out that watch is not working. Hence I went to Titan Company, DLF Courtyard Mall, Saket, New Delhi-110017 assuming that it would be some minor issue with it, probably cells would be weak.
But to my surprise, I came to know that machinery is corrupt and product is defective. I requested for product replacement but unfortunately nobody was ready to take the ownership of it. Hence I submitted the watch to the Titan care on approx. 29th Sep 2014 or 30th Sep 2014 for the first time.
After 30-45 days, I got my watch back assuming that now nothing would go wrong with the product.
However it did stop again . I do not remember the timespan but almost after 3-4 months of its first repair. Later this process never ended. It had become more of a regular visit to Titan care for the same issue again n again.
On 21st April 2015, product was again identified with corrupt machinery and then for the 4th time, I submitted it to Titan care on 2nd Feb, 2016.
Everytime, the time span was 30-40 days as per company policy to rectify the issue of the watch. In short for almost 160 days my watch was at the service centre.
Model of Watch is NTH1781215J (TOMMY_H) worth RS. 9600/-
I have already wasted so much of my energy and time in this matter, so many follow ups. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied. No Co-operation received at all. In no sense, it is customer oriented. This 16th Aug, 2016 warranty would expire and then situation would be more miserable as I would end up paying every 4-5 months as product is defective. Request your co-operation and support. I hope you would understand it this time.
Request you to please either replace it with a new watch or if possible refund me my hard earned money. I would be really thankful else I would have to take some firm action against the company/brand.

I am Sajesh from Bengalore and just want to share my experience with ‘Tommy Hilfiger’. I can consider this as my worst experience I ever faced in my life time. As a middle class Indian I would consider an international brand as best choice when I go for something special. I also choose ‘Tommy Hilfiger’ when I bought a watch for my wife and it was my first gift to her. The price was much above the normal Indian brands, so I was expecting better quality since I don’t want to compromise on quality.
I bought a rose gold color watch worth 10, 000/- model –‘TH1781476J’ in November 2014 from authorized Tommy Hilfiger showroom in Forum Mall, Koramangala, Bangalore, Karnataka. The executive showed two models, one of them was limited version leather strap watch and another was rose gold watch. She told me that the rose gold is under guarantee that it will not fade and I have two year warrantee on that.
But the color got faded before completing one year and I took the watch to the showroom from where I bought the watch. I explained the problem and handed over warranty card with the watch to executive to the showroom. Her name is Ishita and she told me that she is not sure about the warranty for the color. But I told her that the executive only told me that it’s under warranty. Hence she told me that she will check and confirm. In between, one staff came to convince me and he told me in sarcastic way that it is not real gold but stainless steel. The color can fade because of sunlight or perfume also. I just asked him to keep silent and allow me to talk to Ishita.
I handed over my watch and guaranty card on 22nd November 2015 to the staff. I got a call from them that they will replace the chain and that will take two weeks time. I didn’t get any update after two weeks time and I called them. They said they will check with service center and update the status. After some time I got a call from showroom that it is not yet done and it will take some more time. I called them again after 25 days and this time I got an answer that the chain is not available. So I asked them to give a date so that I can avoid calling them again and again. So they called me again and said the chain has to come from Hong Kong and will give the watch in 45 days.
I didn’t get any update from them after 45 days, so I called again. This time the response was different and they told me that the service center people are not responding with them. But they are sending mails to higher management to get it done. Ishita told that she will give me call back. First time I got a call from them stating that they were not able to do that and send mails to management and waiting for reply. She promised me call back in 5 days but it was not happened. I called them again after few days and they said, they will confirm the status in some time. As usual I didn’t get call and I called them again.
This is happening on Jan 28th 2016, completed 66-67 days after I have given watch for my service. This time I got an answer that I can buy some other watch worth 10, 000/- or they will return my money. So I went to the showroom on same day and check for some model. I asked them if there is any chance I can get the same model. We just want to keep it with us, since it has some importance in our life more than money. More over there was only two rose gold models and the price was 13, 500/-, But I was not ready to pay extra because it is not my fault that they don’t have much collections. They were not ready to pay my money back on same day because they need additional approvals. Again they asked me to wait until Tuesday 9th Feb to check if they can get same watch or money. I was not ready to accept this because I need to drive 80 KM to collect, this will take 3-4 hours. They agreed to deliver it in my place and they send a mail to me stating that this will deliver in first half of the day. But I have not received any calls from them until now 9.00 AM Feb 9th Feb, asking for my address for delivery.
I am not sure if they will provide me a genuine piece for the watch since there are lot duplicate available in the market. I request the authorities to provide a solution for that with compensation. Any big brands can cheat people like this if I don’t get a solution for this. At least people are aware of the quality issues and services provided by the brand ‘Tommy Hilfiger’. Our country ‘INDIA’, should not be a market where any brands can sell their poor quality products and cheat people for money.

I bought a watch about 6/7 months back from Tommy Gurgaon. It got spoilt within 3 months. I gave it for repair, again got spoilt within a month. Second time, Tommy Hilfiger Bangalore took almost a month to repair. AGAIN got spoilt. After calling a million times, and speaking to the store manager (Ishita); I do not get a response from them. So basically, I have been watchless for the past few months with no response from anyone. Waste of Rs...

I took watch on 2/09/2015 model no th[protected] from shoppers choice Gopalan signature mall old madrass road Bangalore .I noticed that defected crown and i gave it to repair in titan service show room in CMH Road Indiranagar II stage Bangalore and took model no. as TH17906831 which was given to repair on 22/08/2015and delivered to me 26/12/2015 in shop .But it was in same condition which was not repaired and in same condition and again i gave it back to repair but still now nothing has been informed about that watch .After paying so much and i am without watch after buying branded one .All warranty period is over and the watch is not with me .Please i request you to deliver my watch as quickly as possible so that i can use it.please do the needful thanking you .please get back to me and reply

Please do not buy TH watches. If you are lucky then its ok, if you are not and the watches develop any problem, TH in India will take min 50 days to repair. On top of that, TH people will commit you something which they will never fulfill forget about them even bothering to give you a call back I bought a watch in 2014 from Helios, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, which develop problems many times and finally Helios suggested that the entire mechanism be replaced, which would take 45-50 days. When I was contacted by TH officer based in Bhubaneswar (in response to my complaint on TH website) I was committed replacement of the Watch with equal value TH goods if same was not back in next one week. The watch did not come back within a week for sure. . Have intimated to him and Helios already that I am not interested in keeping any TH product and would never go for onein future as well. Mr TH Officer (Kunal or Karan) has not bothered to call back since then TH /Helios may keep my watch

Bad product quality

I bought a leather belt in late Jan 2015 and I had barely used it for 3 - 4 months before the buckle broke. I tried speaking the merchant and said they cant replace it and neither can they fix it.
It just shows that one you guys make bad quality products and then have pathetic customer service.

Bait and Switch Bad Customer Care
I returned a defective item for a full refund, and I sought to get a full refund of my over charge fee of 70.00.
Pursuant to my other emails to Hilfinger I am very displeased with the conversations I have had with customer service. Everyone is polite, but I am getting the run around about my money. I have my refund, but of course the solar charger is not working, and I was charged a fee because the tommy website does not alert the shopper that every time it ask that you correct something in the order it charges your card. There is no excuse for the order not go through because something is wrong, and yet get charged five times. This is too much difficulty and hardship for a product that does not even work. I made a purchase for 209.99 and was charged 419.99 as the coupon code posted on the order page did not work. Moreover, I was told the information on my credit card was incorrect and to correct the error and resubmit. Everything was correct and unknown to me I was charged 419.99 every time I submitted the order as directed. So it is clear there was nothing wrong with the information provided on the credit cared as I was charged 5 times. The bank rendered a 70 dollar fee and I need to be reimbursed for that charge as well.
The coat was not the correct price, and I was charged fees due to e-commerce site providing incorrect information. The coat was 50% off and I was charged full price (five times). I looked at my account and hilfinger did just refund the over charge for the coat, but did not refund my over draft fees. Hilfinger charged me 3 to 5 times for the coat but I only ordered one coat. The bank refunded the 419.99 that they saw several times, but then fined me for the 3 to 5 charges.
Moreover, I have called several times seeking to get a return label with expedited shipping so that I may be made whole. I have spent in excess of twice the price for the coat seeking to get one that worked. However, the charge bank is the issue and does not hold a charge nor can it be charged...therefore replacement parts should have been made available. I believe in the concept of solar power and this is why I am trying hard to get a functioning coat.
I should not be held responsible for the cost of the coats and a good faith refund issue since the devices does not work, and it appears that both coat might have an issue.
There is a very difficult process to speak with someone at Hilfinger who can be responsible and get things done. I still do not have my money back and Hilfinger has not made any attempt to correct the fact the device in the coat does not function. They said return the coat...and yet I still have not gotten refunded and it cost me 70.00 dollars just to order a defective item. Hilfinger is not interested in making customers happy or keeping them.

After so many many e-mails and phone calls to every office in the hilfinger corporate office and PVH I finally got my money back and an offer to replace the defective part of my coat!! Wow that was just a waist of my time and that of the customer service department. PVH is too large and out of control- so they can not be customer service focused!! I am happy that someone was on the job in customer service, and I do not blame the workers I blame the corporate officers and policy makers at PVH!

Wrist Watch - Twice under repair in 7 months time
I had purchased this TOMMY HILFIGER Men’s Watch ( Model Number: NTH1790964J ) From Pantaloons’ Store in Mumbai, on 08/01/2015 by paying Rs.8995/= From the time I bought this watch twice it has gone to Service Centre

I am really fed up with this watch, I bought this one because I thought TOMMMY HILFIGER watches are good and one feel proud to own this watch.. But to my surprise you Titan Group, have totally let me down by giving me an outdated and third class watch which i feel is good for nothing.
Normally I buy ESPIRIT watches which I must say is outstanding in performance. And never ever gives any trouble till now I have three to four ESPIRIT watches and till date none of the watches has given me any trouble only I change battery every two years. but your TOMMY HILFIGER is pathetic and I am really upset, so i sincerely request you all to reimburse my money or all together give me a new watch because I am afraid this watch will not last for long and will break down often like it is happening now. I am really sorry to use this kind of harsh words against TOMMY HILFIGER brand but try and understand my state. Expecting some kind of positive reply from you all.
