I am a customer from visakhapatnam and i bought a pair of shoes in the month of july 2017 for my husband. Iam attaching the photos of the shoes which clearly shows the condition of the shoes. I have already shown this to the store manager in vizag but there is no response. We pay so much thinking we will get good quality but we never expect this kind of quality from tommy hilfiger...

We bought tommy hilfiger wallet in january, 2018 and within 2 months its torn.
We have always used your products but this is completely unacceptable, quality is the only expectation and this time it's completely missed.

Wallet was purchased from a store in noida and there is no mishandling which can easily be seen in attached photo.

I bought a wallet from TOMMY HILFIGER outlet in Central Mall, Bellandur, Bangalore on 29th Jan 2017 MRP rs 2399. Its been just 2 weeks i.e 16th of Feb, 17, and its stitching has started coming out, The outlet guys are not entertaining the complaint.
