Tommy Hilfiger — Fading Shirt

I bought a shirt from Tommyhilfiger, GVK mall showroom which costed me 3499. As soon as I bought the shirt, I washed it once before wearing it but the shirt started fading after washing it. I visited the showroom and returned the shirt, the lady at the store told me that the manager wasn't around and will let me know as soon as he is back. After couple of hours, the lady calls me and tells me that we haven't received any complaints till date on this shirt so we won't send your shirt for verification and there might be a problem with your detergent.
