Tommy Hilfiger-Complaint : Fake Tommy Product sold from official store located at Law college square opposite to RTO, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India)

We bought a jacket from the shop and later found out that there’s no Tommy Hilfiger tag on the jacket.
Even on the collar of the product the brand name is not mentioned. Also, there’s no inside tags about how to wash or iron clothes.
The jacket had a price tag and bar code which was just tied to it, in that tag it’s mentioned white tshirt M size, where’s the jacket is of XL size.
When we confronted the store Manager Ms Shivani Tiwari she told us the product is old and at that time the brand didn’t use to mention the brand tag on jacket. She already knew that the price tag attached to the jacket was of a tshirt. She then added that they received the product from company in this way only and it’s not her concern.
I feel cheated and i am in dilemma whether the other products which I bought are genuine or fake. The jacket also has strains on it, it feels like some employee have placed a fake product in the store and attached a price tag to it.
Please take strict actions on the store.
