I shopped from tommy hilfiger, DLF Promenade mall in 2016 after which they provided me with their gold membership. They had to give me some physical vouchers which they did not, even the membership was given to me after a couple of days. With the help of those vouchers I can avail some discounts, which I did not know back then. I know it now because of a text message received from hilfiger regarding the same. If I ask for the vouchers now they come up with excuses such as their staff has changed and they do not have records anymore. This has become really frustrating for me.
