Hi. Its sad that tommy with amazing goodwill across india is not upto to its hyped level across all locations. This refers specifically to tommy's clothing location at alpha one mall, ahemdabad.
The salemanship is pathetic to its peak. Not sure if tommy has policy of not opening clothes because its a pain for sales people to pack those clothes even after customer has requested for trial multiple times, its a huge disappointment for us.
Request you to check with concerned people at the store and train them to be a bit more polite in their approach or be ready to lose regular customers. Was this information helpful? |
