Tommy Hilfiger — Product broke under warranty

I purchased a tommy hilfiger luggage bag from surat, my warranty period was up to 28/4/20 but because of lockdown i cant give my bag to company and now when i am giving it for service they are telling no asking about after lockdown periods but lockdown is closed not Corona and because of corona i didnt go to center but now i want to use it so i am giving it now
