Tommy Hilfiger — Refusing to replace damaged wallet in warranty period.

I have bought a wallet from tommy showroom kamla nagar on 30th oct 2015 priced rs 2600/ after 1 mounth i have faced stitching problem in it, so i went to the showroom on 18 jan as it was in the warranty period. they told me that you can exchange your product with same wallet or another wallet with the same price. But that time they do not have the same wallet and other stock of wallets so they told me that you can came to our showroom in end of feb when the new stock arrives. after 1 month i again visited the showroom and they said that new stock not arrived yet we will call you and inform you whenever new stock arrive. i gave my bill and wallet to them and returned to my home . after few days i again went to the showroom for update but as usual they sent me back .
now on 1 April i again went to the showroom, this time they have the new stock so i told them for the exchange BUT this time they told me that, sir we cant exchange your wallet who told you that you can exchange it ?? the salesgirl with whom i had conversation was not in the store anymore, they said she had transfer 1 week ego, she must have told you something else, we do not exchange wallets.

Now i want a solution on my problem .

It was tooo cheap quality
Whole hogya h usme... And ur store person cant replace
20days i used my flip flop

It was tooo bad quality there is only name tommy but it is bad brnd
