I have purchased sandals on uk tommy hill finger online. When a few days later i wanted to return them my post office informed me that the label to return this item has a wrong post code so i couldn't place the item to be posted. I phoned tommy hilfiger uk but the person i spoke to would not give me the postcode over the phone, she told a new label will posted to me. It has never arrived. I've sent 3 emails to the company requesting the label but have not received any reply. I've tried to phone but my calls were not answered. I was informed on my purchase email that i would have 30 days to return it but the call i tried to make informed me that i have only 6 days to to return. With this experience i am convinced that th is deliberately giving people the wrong return label so people would not be able to return anything. It is outrageous, i have never had this sort of experience before. Do not buy anything from th online. You will not be able to return. Was this information helpful? | |||||
