Tommy Hilfiger — shoulder bag blue colour

I purchased a tommy bag online 7 months ago. Now the logo of tommy hilfiger is broken and is detached from the bag.
It happended few weeks ago. It happened on it's own. The bag is under warranty and i would request you to please exchange or repair it. I also have the product no. And warranty card.
