[Resolved]  Tommy Hilfiger — Tommy Hilfiger not replacing a defective Overnighter - > 6 months passed

I purchased an Overnighter from Tommy Hilfiger (TH) Travel Gear (R-City Mall, Ghatkopar, Mumbai) last year around. Within 2 months the bag developed a problem in the zip and I deposited the bag in the store for rectification / replacement. It has been around 6 months and still I have not got any words regarding replacement of the same. - When I submitted, I was told that the bag will get rectified / replaced within 2-3 weeks ===> 1 month passed; No words / call from TH - I called back and was told that some issues were going on in the shop and that TH shall be replacing my bag within 2 weeks ===> 2 months passed; No words / call from TH - I kept on following up and was told that they are trying to arrange a bag from Indore / Bhopal and that TH will revert in 2 weeks ===> 1 month passed; No words / call from TH - In Jan'14 end, I was told that new stocks will arrive at the store on 20th of Feb'14 and I ill surely get a bag then ===> on 9th Mar'14 I went to the store; still no bag was available and TH was clueless what to do. Even after providing more than 6 months to TH, I have no visibility when I shall get the replacement of my bag.
