Tommy Hilfiger — Wallet quality is poor and material damaged

I am Hena from India-chennai, I purchased the wallet from Bangalore orion mall authorized tommy hilfiger store, please find the details attached, the wallet cover wears off in the form of a powder when I touch it. I am really sorry to not expect such quality from your company. The material is super bad. I hardly unboxed the wallet, due to covid I have not stepped out since last year and could return the product too.
Looking forward to your response.
