Tommy Hilfiger — Worst Shoe Quality

I bought a pair of shoe in March 2021 from Tommy Hilfiger showroom, Select City Mall, Saket, New Delhi. After wearing only for almost 5 months both the shoes sole got out from front. When I told this to Tommy Staff they refused to replace it. Please kindly look into this and guide me. This type of quality was not expected from Tommy Hilfiger being such a prodigious brand.
How can such good company can provide poor quality of product to the customers? Highly unacceptable from tommy hilfiger. Need to refund or replace it. Mob no. [protected]
