Toothsi — Misleading service and cheating the end user

I was asked to go for the prime plan as there were gaps and issue with jaw alignment.
Was asked to bear the cost of both cleaning and xray which i did so.
They charged me 50k
Apparently, they promised that going forward there will be nothing that i have to bear.
However, they have asked me to some filling on my own which is basically contrary to the statement they promised earlier.

I have been tried to get in touch with the customer service but they are not responding.
I am being told that i will receive a call back but haven't got any.
I have already made the payment and haven't got any responses so far, its been almost a month now.

Can we escalate this and be harsh of the seller for fooling around?
