I paid Rs.11000 one and half month back for toothsi aligners and I didnt get any detailed report as promised. They sent some pics. No update after the payment is done. I am requesting for refund more than 30 days, but no proper response

Before visiting for a scan, daily I get multiple calls for appointments. Once the amount was received, no response. Now I try to reach customer care multiple times for a refund, those guys are telling 24- 48 hours every time. Almost a month over, still it's not rectified.
