We have no electricity from 9:00 pm and only one floor are facing the problem.
We are trying to contact u from yesterday and reached your customer executive at 2:00 am he said light will come on from 9:00 to 10:00 am but problem not solved.
Again we contacted u and he said light will come around 3:00 pm but not yet have light.
Again we contacted the customer executive he said your operator will come at 11:00 pm today night.
From 24 hours we are facing a problem not yet solved our problem.
Every time we are receiving different reasons from customer executive.
Due to the electricity cut off, we are facing water problem too.
Please do the needful at your earliest.

Sir itisverybad that every day and every time e.g. day ornight power fail problem by torrent power co.so please improve u r service and supply regilar power to us.otherwise Govt has to request that takeover this company and hand over to maharashtra state electric board please . Because i m paying regularly electric charges to this co. Thanks
