Dear Sir/Madam,
My service number is: 2216642. My concern solar system service provider company had already submitted the documents on 23/02/2021 as per your customer care services.
I had called two days before in your customer care; they replied that your documents submitted on 23/02/2021 so, after submission of documents your meter will be installed within week. Now today i called your customer care; they replied that it will be take minimum 15 to 30 days after receive the documents!
Now tell me when the solar system meter will be installed? What is the procedure? If any home found without meter in that case TPL immediate installed the meter! We had already paid the required amount and submitted required documents.
Kindly provide your timeline for the same.
As remember drop by drop business up and drop by drop business down. Do not treat the customer on poor way.
