Torrent Power — Shifting of Meter

Sir I had application for shifitng of Meter alongwith DP shifting around 8 to 10 days before and made payment around 10, 000 for that to the torrent power and when we ask through customer care that when will the meter shifting works will acually will be carried out they say that it is government formality and take some time.

My Complain is that how much time it will take to shift meter from one place to another even 8 days has been left from the making of payment.

Because of pending of shifting in meter my house renovation work has been stopped causing financial loss.
