Torrent Power — Temporary Disconnection

Hi,

My connection on the name of Beena Dixit with service number[protected] has been disconnected on[protected].
When i contact torrent power in this context, they told me that it is disconnected on the request of DVVNL as there are pending dues on the property with some names that does not even exist and requested me to visit DVVNL regarding it.
When i visited DVVNL they told us that we need pay the dues regardless of any proof that it belongs to us.
We are sitting without electricity and water and requesting government to look in this matter and provide some relief regarding it.
