There was renovation work going on my place so meter was shifted to other corner for safety purpose, now renovation has completed and i email them to shift Meter shifting from one corner of wall to another corner then i have received text message today 28/09/2021 that torrent will send team for meter installation today 28/09/2021. Hi,

As I checked Residential unit charges are calculated for 2 months and in your bill copy there are mentioned residential charges on monthly basis so unit should be divided by month also.

As you can see my unit consumption in the billing cycle is some time under 300 so it will be 100 to 150 monthly so charge may be less on unit rate.

This is not good that you are mentioning unit charges per...

I have registered complaint(complaint number [protected]) via cutomer care at 5:30 pm. I called multiple times on torrent customer care number that no one from torrent power Agra visited and attended the issues even after passing there 4hrs time line.
Since it is summer time and We are facing lots of difficulties without light .
Please help us for same....

We have office on Ashram Road which we have closed due to Covid as it is in multi storeyed building. Now we received the latest bill marked as Commercial instead of residential. We have bought property form builder and we are first owner of the property, our flat name was Aditya Enclave but on electricity bill there is shown as Shree dev (Bhulabhai) CH, instead of Aditya Enclave, on Torrent power bill, so many resident in our flat has correct address on electricity bill and some has Shree Dev(Bhulabhai)CH instead of Aditya enclave,

number of total days for bill, multiply by, jis bhi ek din ka sabse bada amount aya us din k hisab se jis slot ki unit price se.

matlab agar 4 din nhi ise ki bijli toh bhi un char din ka payment dena padega, kyunki maximum wale din k se total days ko multipy kar k bill banta hai. Aisa Torent power k office k ek employee se...

I would like to draw you attention to the fact that I received the electricity bill of Rs. 610 dated 2nd June, 2021 (which I paid on 7th June, 2021) with bill no.[protected].
I again received the bill of Rs. 460 dated on 3rd July, 2021 with bill no.[protected]. I would like you to know the fact that the shop, to which the electric meter is attached, has been fully shutter-down closed for last six months.

Since Morning the electric power failure in Achanak Nagar Mumbra. There is no communication or information in advance for electric failure from Torrent company.

This is pathetic and irresponsible type of services.

Due to no electricity our kids and ladies are facing lot of issue.

I immediate need revert on this compliant or will escalte the issue to higher authority at Kalva torrent office tomorrow....

Torrent consumer number : 259704.
Torrent is deducting Rs 689 in each bill for the Ujala fan and tubelights. I never purchased those item on EMI. I paid cash and have proof of that.
I have sent them proof of forged document of that agency. But still torrent has is dedcting Rs 689 in each bill.
Pl act on my request and help me to get back this amount....

Sir I had application for shifitng of Meter alongwith DP shifting around 8 to 10 days before and made payment around 10, 000 for that to the torrent power and when we ask through customer care that when will the meter shifting works will acually will be carried out they say that it is government formality and take some time.

My Complain is that how much time it will take to shift meter from one place to another even 8 days...

From the very first bill it is observed that 3 to 4 rupees charge as a delayed payment charges after due date. I have to state that I have paid all my bills well in advance ie before due date for that I have my Bank Statement.
Hence request you to look into the matter & reverse all these undue charges charge by you in every month & stop charging these undue charges from my bills now onwards....
