My name is yatin deepak mukadam.
I had done a payment against my electicity bill on 05/11/2018. As per details reflecting in bank statement the transaction details are, amount deducted - rs.1290, narration - [protected] ccatorrentpowercom, cheque/ref. No.[protected]. The amount has been debited from my hdfc bank account but transaction has been shown as unsuccessful. Request you to kindy help to reverse back the amount to my account.

Mera 2kw ka capacity hai pr is mai mera bill 6.22kw ke hisab se bill diya hai or mera bill aaya h 961rupees or maine 2 unit use ki hai February month mai.
