Torrent Power — upgrade single phase connection to three phase connection

My name is sukkhu ramdhani yadav or my service number[protected], the complaint against torrent power ltd ahmedabad, before few month ago i have applied upgrade single phase connection to three phase connection on 12 august 2019 or also i paid fees of rs 21670/- and survey has been done as on 13 august 2019, and he committed me as you will upgrade single phase connection to three phase connection within 27 days. Till a time many month gone but not any process completed from your side, when i contact to customer care number[protected] all time officer told me same answer r. O. Permission pending from a. M. C, please wait few days
