I purchased a Toshiba TV 43E38RP-2025 through Flipkart on 4th July 2025. Refer invoice # FAU9PO[protected]. From 14th Sept 2025 onwards the TV is not working, line gets trip off while switching TV.
Please do the needful to repair my TV as soon as possible.
Raised a complaint through toll free number and e-mail address.
Here is the service request order ID for your future reference:[protected].
One of your service technicians Mr. Rajeev, Mob, no. 0091 [protected], came and checked. He said PCB defective, will be replaced in couple of days. Till the date nobody came to attend the case. Several times tried to contact the number but not responding. From last one month the TV is not working. The TV is only two months old. Do the needful to replace the defective part or the TV unit at the earliest.
