Toyota — Dealer charging for work not carried out | |||
I gave my Innova 2.5 Z 2015 model for service due at 95000kms in normal maintance to Pioneer Toyota Panchkula yesterday i.e 03/07/2020. I am HIGHLY disturbed at the KIND/QULAITY of service that was provided to me. and i was also charged money for works NOT CARRIED OUT. I am taken aback at the after sales services being provided by TOYOTA and their dealers I have now decided never again to send my vehicle to a TOYOTA dealership.
