Toyota India — RC not received against used car DL6CJ 3015

Dear Sir/Madam Dear Sir/Madam This is in reference to a Second Hand Car (Car No - DL6CJ 3015) which we bought in August'13 from Toyota Trust - Moti Nagar, New Delhi. Its been more than 6 months now and we have not received the RC transferred to my Father In Law name "Mr Yash Paul Maini". We have been told that the original owner is on bed rest but have been told since then that next 7-10 days we will get the same but almost 6 months have passed now. We never expected such pathetic post sales service from a brand like Toyota Trust. We doubt that this car is stolen car and that is the reason they are not able to give us the documents.
