Toyota — My car service related issues ignored and not fixed on multiple request

Hi Team,
I am writing on behalf of the issue mentioned in ticket number [protected]. I own a toyota Fortuner car and it was sent to service center in 23 nov 2021 . I have mentioned issues regarding fuel sensor ( fuel tank is empty and still on meter it displayed full). Service team falsely committed it to be fixed and it was not at all checked or fixed. I resent the car few days back and after keeping it (team kept this vehicle parked for whole day without inspection) they responded on next day that part is not available. You can take your car back. This clearly shows how unprofessional service staff and team lead are available at sunny toyota, agra. I don’t know why they falsely committed issue to be fixed and second time again they kept me waiting for whole day and asked me to leave the car for repair work on next day. And still didn’t do it. I am really disappointed with the response by the staff and management.
