TPSL — amount debited but not credited to sbi credit card

I have paid the sbi credit card through phone pay site through tspl gateway amount rs: 45000/-, amount has been deducted from my account, but not credited to sbi card. The payment has been done on 31.07.2019 afternoon 3.00 pm.
Please check the error and solve my problem as early as possible.
