TPSL — balance deducted, payment failure, need refund

On april 2, 2019 i paid my muthoot finance gold loan part payment rs. 21818.88 through the payment [protected]@icici. Suddenly the server was down. The amount has been deducted from my account but the transaction is not successful. The receiver has not received tha transaction and the is still failure.. I kindly request you to refund my amount as soon as possible...
