I m kuldeep maine subah 7.08 per cleartip application se railway ka reservation kar raha tha reservation to hua nhi lekin 399 rs mere debit card se cut gaya hai isliye mujhe mera paisa refund kiya jai pls sir Mob no [protected]. Upi id no[protected] txn id

I made a transaction of rs.1712 for bsnl lanline bill payment from the account number [protected]... money was deducted but not credited into my account again and also bill not get paid... pls do solve this immediately
