TPSL — money deduction

I had an online transactions for muthoot parippally branch (Kerala) today of ruppe 620.
I made the transaction at around 10.30 today morning.
The transaction not completed but money deduced from sbi account.
I called muthoot branch, and they told me that they didn't got the money.
Pls kindly make favor to recover my debited amount.
