[Resolved]  TPSL — Transaction failure for www.uppclonline.com

Sir, I used www.uppclonline.com to pay my electricity bill I selected to pay via my debit card but unfortunately when i entered my debit card details i was redirected to www.tpsl-india.in and it showed me error about the transaction failure.But the amount of Rs811.84 was debited from my account but in www.uppclonline.in it still showing i have to pay my bill. The transaction was not completed but amount has been debited from my account. This is my request to refund my amount so that i can further retry to pay my bill.
