Trackon awb 492764071 for pollux company - shipment not delivered for more than 3 months

For the last 3 months, we have approached trackon courier - thro personal visits, telephone calls, emails but still no action has been taken by them to deliver our shipment/items....

Courier not delivered

Very poor Courier service

Courier services they refused to give.

This one is for the Jamshedpur(Jharkhand).
They don't deliver to the postal address. This is my third experience with this Courier company. Always I have to go to respective courier office to collect my item. When I regularly called them for three days they didn't spoke to me well. They put the call in anywhere in the middle of the conversation. And after my call they switched off their phone. Too much time taken for delivery

Missing parcel

Track on Service is the worst! Parcel was sent from Delhi on 5th Sep. Tracking no. [protected]. It still hasn't reached Bangalore on the 19th. Booking office kept the phone down in the middle of the query saying it is not their responsibility. Receiving office cannot help since it hasn't reached them. Customer service execs cannot help either because they don't know what to do. Apparently the parcel is missing! Really? How is that even possible?...

Late delivery

From pithampur to Indore it takes 5 days and Indore to Mumbai it takes 3days. Can any responsible person of tracon tell me please why it is happend. Still now parcel is not delivered. Really disappointed. I never used in future tracon service. Compny take strict action....

Stolen clothes and food items

first worst experience. DONT USE THIS SITE FOR YOU COURIER.
i request u to look after this problem for the sake of their customers.

However even after several followup the courier has not reached.. and no proper response from the office..

Courier delivered to wrong person & not ready to pay for my loss

Courier still not delivered

I had sent a courier vide [protected] to Delhi address on[protected]. Despite several phone calls and reminders with complaint no 423895 I have been repeatedly assured that parcel would be delivered by 30/08/16 but all these assurances have fallen flat.
I have explained the urgency of the courier being delivered since it contains documents for a court hearing on Wednesday.
I am given a different no to contact for the courier...

Service outlet at saha not providing service
