Hello there !

Tracking no. of package - [protected]
I shipped Rakhi on[protected] with the above mentioned tracking no.
As suggested I send it as Rakhi special courier provided by the company. The package has not been delivered yet. I tried to call 6-7 times but even waiting for 10 mins I could not get a person. Once phone picked up but the person could not track the package and hanged up on me.
My wife is depressed with this even now.

I emailed them and just got the answer that the consignment has been returned back to Origin due to No service area.

I again wrote them that If they can not deliver the item in that area why did they book the item and took the fee.

I did not get any reply after that. I wrote them so many times but they did not get back to me till date. They even did not send the package of Rakhi to my address as on[protected].

I am pissed off with there service and unresponsiveness.

I seek help in this regard.

I had sent a courier from Bangalore through Trackon indiranagar office to Ibhejo office Mumbai. It contained a camera wort 14000k. its been over one and a half month and they have still not delivered the parcel.

Firstly they claimed that the parcel was delivered to ibhejo office and someone named Suresh has signed and received the parcel. Checked with the Ibhejo office and they claim that they have not collected it.

Secondly when asked to produce the acknowledgment receipt they have not submitted it till date.

Now they are telling that the parcel is not delivered and its still in their HQ office in Mumbai but they are not able to locate the parcel.

WORST experience and worst service.

So irresponsible and careless over it all the lies and cooked up stories.

They wanted me to provide the proof of purchase of camera and invoice. WHICH was also misplaced by these people and completely forgotten. No response to calls and by chance they answer only response will be gimme few days time ill call you back.

I had send courier through Trackon on 14th OCT from Jaleswar to Chennai, taking charges Rs-1000/ --

Generally it should take 3 days.

But today after 12 days they didn't deliver it.
When I call to customer care they gives me one mobile number., [protected] & [protected]

I call on [protected] he told me that okay you call on this above number and collect the parcel, otherwise it is return back
Also tell that
1. We are not delivering on this area.
2. you tell to party that to check in courier box.

Still I am awaiting the response.

Im dipika singh . I had sent original birth certificate of my daughter from bokaro steel city to assam.via Trackon Couriers on 13 oct 2016, and I was told that it would be delivered within 3 days of time. (Courier No. 5648469) But it didnt happen.

I booked some items e bay already money also pay but metirials not received 15 days ago

I have send the courier throught trackon on 5th october but still it is not delievered, tracking no.- [protected]. they cant response me properly and cut my phone during conversation. It is really disgusting attitude from trackon courier . Plz do the needful and take strict action against them.

A very important letter of mine containing important bills was sent via Trackon courier Pvt Ltd (tracking no. [protected]) to me in Bidar-585401(Karnataka) from Kasuali on 01 Oct 16, which I needed urgently. As per the website's tracking system it has reached Bidar on 05 Oct.

But till now (13 Oct) I have neither received the letter nor have they ever tried contacting me, ever since I am constantly trying to contact them but they either cut the phone calls or they would talk in wired language and won't reply to anything. I don't have their address, otherwise I would have gone there. Even after asking many a times they haven't told me there office address.

Once when I asked them they are saying data on website is incorrect because they don't have any letter.

Because of this poor, pathetic service by courier company I am losing lot of money.

I request the consumer court to take harsh action against this courier company at the earliest so as not to waste time and money of the costumer and provide mental stress.

My name dinesh and mo no - [protected]. I sent a courier from valsad 396001, gujarat to pratapgarh 230001, uttar pradesh by air they told courier reached the destination in 2 or 3 days but still courier showing in delhi h. O please do the need full.

SWARGET OUT FOR DELIVERY [protected] 08/10/2016 12:04 showing this status on side but parcel still not deliver or nobody call for that. this is my 5 times experiance they office persons told me for next parcel do not send your parcel by trakon many times...

Plz provide detail of document no [protected] Which Courier as on 3/10/2016 but still its record not found in tracking system also not delivered at its place

Trackon awb[protected] and our complaint number: 1517515. It has been now three months still goods pertaining to us has not been delivered by trackon courier. For the last 3 months, we have approached trackon courier - thro personal visits, telephone calls, emails but still no action has been taken by them to deliver our shipment/items.

Courier was sent on 28 sept 2016 from baddi (Hp) and delievered on 30 sept 16 at haridwar but not the actual person.

No call received yet from courier company. They are irresponsive of complaints.
I have sent something important if they cant deliver to actual person kindly return back.

I have booked a parcel from Bangalore to Mumbai on 12 Sep 2016. The parcel weight was below 100 Gm, but the courier costs me INR 120 . However I was given an assignment number. When i have check after 3 days it is showing that the number is not valid. Then i called the courier guy about that, he has given me one new assignment number. I really not understand that if the receipt is given with the assignment number how come it been changed after that. When i have check with the new assignment number its is showing it reached Khargarh (Mumbai) on 16 Sep 2016. But still today 21 Sep2016, it not been delivered to the addressed. I called multiple times to Mumbai center as well as Bangalore Center but no use. They are not responding properly and pathetic behavior of Bangalore team. My request to all is PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE THIS FRAUD TRACKON COURIER. THEY ARE FRAUD AND SERVICE IS MEASURABLE.
My dissatisfaction :
1. Delay in delivery (bangalore to mumbai took 12 days till 21 sep2016 not delivered)
2. Rs. 120 from bangalore to mumbai.
3. Very bad customer service.

This one is for the Jamshedpur(Jharkhand).
They don't deliver to the postal address. This is my third experience with this Courier company. Always I have to go to respective courier office to collect my item. When I regularly called them for three days they didn't spoke to me well. They put the call in anywhere in the middle of the conversation. And after my call they switched off their phone. They are just pathetic.
As my product has been already reached to the destination city 3 days ago but still they didn't deliver. Actually they never do. The one has to go by their own to collect the same. This is the world's worst courier service company I can guarantee that.

AWN No [protected], Delhi to Asansol was booking on 15 th through Air but till now not arrived. On tracking it is showing the parcel is in my City on 17th but the delivery person is tell the the parcel is yet to come. This tracking is useless and fake. People pay high charge for urgent basis but it is of no use. This courier can be rated as E grade.

Track on Service is the worst! Parcel was sent from Delhi on 5th Sep. Tracking no. [protected]. It still hasn't reached Bangalore on the 19th. Booking office kept the phone down in the middle of the query saying it is not their responsibility. Receiving office cannot help since it hasn't reached them. Customer service execs cannot help either because they don't know what to do. Apparently the parcel is missing! Really? How is that even possible? You can track each hand-over point, then how can you not know at what point it got stuck? You mail the customer service ids, and no one responds. This is a really important parcel that needed to be delivered to a client and no one can help?
