THIS IS REALLY A BIG SHAME FOR TRACKON COURIER SERVICE..........NOT AT ALL TRUST WORTHY.PLEASE AVOID TRACKON COURIER IN FUTURE

i faced the same problem, recently couriered an antique keychain, and they have stolen it, only some cards were recieved and they have stolen Key chains, my DOcket number is[protected], and now everyone's number is off.

Firstly they didnt delivered it on time, and the parcel was torned badly and expensive material was stolen out of it

trackon courier ltd — delay in delivery

A courier was sent to jabalpur from bathinda on 11 mar 2011 bearing no.[protected].It is not racd till date.May i pl know the reason for delay.

I Kuldeep Singh from Lucknow Cantt complaining about non - delivery of the very important document which I sent from Lucknow to Farrukhabad (U.P) on 20/8/2011 and the docket No.[protected] was not delivered to till date 16/8/2011. I call Mr. Shailendra(manager of Farrukhabad) many times they don't reply then I complained to customer care of Trackon Courier on 29/8/2011, then I call Delhi customer care on 30/8/2011they don't solve my problem and gave me the contact No. of Manager Kanpur region, then I call to Manager Kanpur region on 31/8/2011 they also not solve my problem.
The service of Trackon Courier is very poor and the employees are very misbehavior and I suggest all of customers this company is very frod

I am Vinay Kumar Pathak from Delhi.

I have sent one document to PUNE from Delhi through Trackon courier on 12.09.2011. But still now has not been delivered to the final destination.

Trackon Courier don’t give me any response about my courier still Date 23.09.2011 & they also told me that the courier miss place some where. I had some important Document in that courier.

They are not caring about the importance of the documents.

have sent courier vide Trackon Courier Services Private Limited . Consignment No[protected] on May 20, 2015. On May 22, 2015, on my enquiry they are informing that the consignment has returned, since they do not have appropriate network at the place of delivery. They further informed that thou the PIN code is within the network, the actual place of delivery is not. Suprising!!!

I sent a parcel from patna to Madurai via trackon couriers containing two mobile phones and a pen drive and more than two weeks have passed and till now it has not been delivered.Even the online tracking service does not works.I think that it is the worst courier service in India.When i ask them about my parcel they are unable to answer me.

We had booked a letter through Trackon Couriers from Lajpat Nagar-II, New Delhi to our factory at Village Kunajahal, P.O. Barotiwala ( Baddi) H.P. on 23.09.09 vide docket No.[protected]. Till now about 8-9 days have passed , this letter have not been delivered to the party. Your delivery agaent at Baddi have regularly been contacted by us at their telephone No.[protected] & Mobile No.[protected] , but they are unable to trace the letter. As the document contains valuable papers & cheques also, we are suffering huge financial losses apart from other diffiuculties.

You are requested to find out the the letter & arrange to deliver the same at the earliest

Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd — Docs not delivered on time, harsh & insulting talks by their executive Mr. Balaji

I have called up Trackon Couriers Pvt.Ltd for asking the status of my docs which was send by my party on 26/02/2011 from Mumbai and not delivered till 04/03/2011 (within Mumbai).

I spoke to Mr.Balaji on[protected] from their Ghatkopar branch, he was very very rude and arrogant and instead of me getting angry as I had not received my docs, he was more angry and loud and shouting at me for not co-operating.

I really wonder what is happening to a common man and there is no solution to it other than humiliation, I have seen lot of complaints registered against Trackon Couriers Pvt.Ltd but no actions till date, that may be the reason they are continuing in their on style.

Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd — Delay and Damage of Courier Delivered

A courier containing a box of sweets was sent from Delhi to Mumbai on February 19th 2011 through Trackon Couriers. The courier reached Trackon's Sakinaka (Mumbai) office on Monday but was not delivered unitl late Tuesday evening despite endless calls. The courier received was damaged. In addition, the people at the Sakinaka office were not hearing to the complaint and behaving rudely. In fact, 1 employee openly challenged me to complain and said do whatever you want.

Hi,

I booked a consignment on 16-Feb-11 to Trichy and my consignment no is[protected]. I tracked on website using my consignment no. which is delivered to trichy office on 17-Feb-11. But still it did not reached my address. I tried Secunderabad registered office, they are not answered my call properly and they disconnect my call four times after picking up the call, really it is horrible... afterthat i tried to trichy office, they said they are holding the document with their office...

Fabric articles for home use — Consignment Not reached

I have booked one consignment from Surat to Kanhagad, even after lapse of 4 days the consignment is not reached at destination. I have paid double charges than in normal couarier or postal speed parcel.

We have sent XLRI students answer sheets through the trackon courier on 9-4-08 docket no 84907467, but it was not delivered to the clients and when we went to the branch office from where we sent that branch was closed permanently and to follow-up we visited regional office at domlur airport road, but there the staff were behaving very rudely and no response from them. Finally with great difficult they gave jamshedpur branch manager phone no, but no response from them.

My kind request to you to help us in tracking this courier because its a life of the students and if it is not reached to XLRI we all going to loose our jobs. Please help us and take neccessory action against that company.

Trackon Courier is the most mismanaged courier company in Mumbai. They are least bothered to reply to the customers. I have very bad experience with them and they never care for customer service. All their phones are busy and the even if you get, there is not a single responsible soul to reply. This is the high time some one files a winding up notice on them.

I have had an extremely unpleasant experience with Trackon Couriers. A courier was sent by my office at Shimla and the local office did not deliver it despite the fact that I live in one of Delhi’s best known and easily accessible upmarket colonies in Janakpuri.

When I called the local office up, they told me that they didn’t find anyone at home and they returned the courier. Then my office sent me the same courier again through Trackon Couriers and they returned it the same day. I called up the guy again and he misbehaved with me. He was lying through his nose on both the occasions that there was no one at my place.

It is extremely dangerous to avail the services of courier companies as shady as this particular courier company - Trackon Couriers. There is no way you can get any redressal should a consignment gets stolen, damaged etc or their staff misbehaves.

TRACKON COURIER — Some Items were stolen from courier

Dear Sir,
I had send 16 RAM (computer part) from Khanna receipt no.[protected] to Patiala on[protected] for repair purpose. On receipt of the same only 8 were left. When i contacted their khanna office they didnt show any concern. I also contacted their patiala office but in vein. I must say this is the worst courier service in this world.

On my asking address of the branch, he shoed his ignorance.
Now How I would get my i Pod back is anybody guess.

Everybody is passing the blame on other fellow and the ultimate sufferer is the Consumer.

Trackon Couriers — Courier delivered to wrong person

I was supposed to receive a Courier from mumbai ICICI Bank which was sent to my Trivandrum Office Address. POD no. is[protected]. I checked with local courier boy Sreekumar of Trackon, Trivandrum who states that he have delivered this courier to some body called Neenu. Local courier persons haven't extended any support or coordination. But the same person started shouting at me & was not ready to accompany or give any further details. On my enquiry with ICICI Direct came to know there is no staff called Neenu.

Trackon Couriers — Missing Content of Parcel

Hi
I had sent a courier from Gurgaon to Mumbai on 19th Nov 2008 docket num[protected] with the assurance that it would reach max by 21st. I had declared the contents of the parcel and its value at the time (bookset + watch). The parcel however did not reach on 21st. After calling them 2-3 times it was delivered on the 22nd of Nov. However only the bookset was there in the parcel - the watch had been stolen. On contacting their call centre to lodge the complaint (Very difficult), there was no response - instead they mentioned that watch should not have been sent at all. They just gave a complaint num (7652) after which there was no response/result at all even after following up.

When I contacted the TRACKON Courier on phone..They said that address is wrong and courier went back.
AGain I called the people they informed that they will findout and will give me the status on that.
But till now no responce from the TRACKON. Its really an important documnet couriered to me.

Then contacted my collegue in PUNE and came to know that he also mentioned my Contact number on the courier.
I did not get any call from the TRACKON people. For your information I am staying at the mentioned address for more than 8 years.
It seems that the service is the worst I ever came across.

It is containing very important documents in it but till date we are just waiting for the same at the another end. When we contacted their head office at bombay on phone, they are just making up the stories regarding it. They said We have not yet receieved this courier at bombay. I agree to this complaint. In fact trackon courier has provided wrong no. in their websites in the colum our netwrok. When i was about to track my courier i used their website but no record was updated of my consignment . So i tried to find their Amritsar office from the list provided in their website. But the no.s given in that list were not correct, and even no's provided in the ludhaina list is also wrong.

So i feel the company is so irresponsible evrn they dont bother about this wrong no.s How customer will face inconveince.

It is a matter of one docket no.[protected] which sended to me from Mumbai (piramal healthcare) at my address (1/234-f sanjay gandhi colony keshav nagar aligarh 202001) on 2ed feb 2009.
When I got information about that docket no from my X-ZBM (manager) on 31st of MARCH then I went to tarckon courier office at malviya market Aligarh & they show me that it has been delivered at the address. But it is not delivered to my home and the signature on that receiving copy is not matching with my or my family members signatures.
I am suspecting that the courier person is making a big blunder. So kindly suggest me what should I do.

Track One courier is the worst courier agency in India. It does not deliver the packet and shows on the computer that they have delivered. I think they should be banned and their office should be closed down with immediate effect. I am facing a huge problem due to their non serious business attitude.
They are just making money by false commitment. Their licence should be cancelled.

I have sent one parcel through AIR on 06th April 2009 for Gurgaon. Docet no[protected]. On Net status it was showing its reached to GURGAON-HUB SEC-56 [protected] on 8th morning 9.25 am. after my repeated follow up with mumbai people Mr. Michael ([protected]) and Mr. Babloo ([protected]) till 9th evening it was not delivered. Mr. Michael promised me that their Gurgaon person will deliver it on 9th it self, the receiver was waiting for th same in office till 9pm but it was not delivered. This is happening every time, its 6th time where my parcel is not delivered on time, i need to do follow up with them and spend 25 to 25 rs on phone call. Mr. Melvin and Mr. Prakash from (Mumbai office) aware of this all cases. After my complaint Mr. Babaloo disconnected the call in between, this is the way they are giving service to their client... why they have to tell that their branch person are not picking up the call, or cell is switched off or they can not deliverying the parcel on time.. its your company lookout, why customer need only solution..

This is a worst experience we are having with Trackon couriers. We have kept a urgent parcel ready for despatch for the past two days at our factory, but no pick up has been done till date by Trackon. We have been promised that the material will be despatched by the back office, and nobody has any clue.

All put their hands up saying they are unaware of the despatch, While here the customer is chasing us for the material. We are in a terribly embarassing situation since we are unable to deliver the material as per the committed schedule.

What is really surprising is that nobody bothers to call and inform the pick up status and put us to various people? I fail to understand the role of backoffice?
Really disgusted with this kind of service, It will seriously harm our business.

the envelope containing a cheque to my parents reached after 10 days (from Mumbai to Chennai)
after repeated follow ups with the sending branch;

recently they hve returned an envelope undelivered after 20 days sayinbg theat the addressee's
door was found locked on 3 occasions; dont they have the system of ringing up the Consignee's Cell No
which is written on the envelope;
dont they have the practice of leaving a "Missed U" note at the doors;

very poor service;

i will not choose this courier in future

Track On Courier is the worst courier services I have come through.
