From half price India I have ordered items on 4th August by e commerce website and dat has takeover by trackon courier to deliver dat particular consignment to Bangalore at my place in MARATHAHALLi under track id[protected] on 15 August and informed me same by email but till date no updates and no communication by company regarding same even after tracking I came to know it reached nearby Whitefield branch by 18 aug but after that no status update and no communication and the phone number that has specified on their website doe not exsits

    My courier status was out for delivery on 20/08/2002. But still i haven't received it. I need the exact date of my delivery. And awb:[protected]. Deliver as soon as possible. Because it is a study material. And importantly i need the exact date of delivery.

      My pan card was dispatched on july 29, 2020 but it has not been delivered yet. When i tried to track my delivery status, the trackon courier website showed invalid tracking number and details not found error. When i tried to file a complaint, the trackon courier site was not reachable and the other way which was to reach the customer care support was also unresponsive.

      Hi Team,
      My Pan card is not received yet. When I checked the status, it reached Chennai Hub on 11th April 2021, but it's already 21st April from there, no status, no calls, no message, nothing.
      Now it is more than 10 days. Please let me know when it will get delivered to me.

      My pan card was dispatched and reached on 11 may 2021, it was reached at destination but not still delivered, how can NSDL can be so irresponsible to their respective courier service if I tried contact Trackon service they doesn't even response, I don't know what I have to do now for I have to contact for my pancard
      My pan card has been dispatched on 4 jun 2021 and still It is not delivere and when I try to check status on Track On courier Website it is saying that undelivered due to no service.
      My PAN CARD WAS DIspatched on 21 june 21 by NSDL
      also another doc. dispatched on 25 june 21 by shree ram finance .
      I have not received any of the above.
      All the numbers at Mumbai, even in Delhi posted on their portal, customer care what so ever are not answer.
      the complain email at Track on logix hub Bounces .
      this courier company seems to have obtained contract for courier by any mean other then requisite professional infrastructure and reflects on companies engaging them .

      the portal for tracking coolly shows docs "dropped" and stamp obtained however the local office staff
      or the consignor have not sent me any proof of delivery. the PAREL Mumbai staff is unproffesinal and rude. as they do not have any answer.

      My pan card was dispatched on 26.02.22 through Trackon Couriers Pvt.Ltd., but it has not been delivered yet. When i tried to track my delivery status, the trackon courier website showed invalid tracking number and details not found error. When i tried to file a complaint, they are saying the AWB number is not correct

              My two shipment have issued from chhennai to jaipur on 06.08.2020 and 12.08.2020 but till date 21.08.2020 my single shipment not received at jaipur and i have called almost customer care number or mobile number which is given on google but no body is pick calls and not responding on calls i am very fed up from trackon courier
              so if any responsible person is there please help us.

                I've a parcel booked from nashik from pune on 8th aug 2020 (Tracking i'd[protected] through trackon courier. As per tracking on their website it has reached pune on 9th aug 2020 but has not delivered to me as on today (21st aug 2020) past 12 days. All the numbers given on their website either doesn't exist or are out of service. Also complaint section on website is not working. I'm going to consumer forum for the inconvenience i've faced with this case. Unprofessional and unreliable service through unethical business.

                  My PAN card was dispatched on 15 July 2020. It was in transit to kankarbagh hub on 18th July 2020. Since then there has been no update on the same.
                  I went to your hub address in kumbhrar but they told me it was in the kankarbagh office.
                  When i went to kankarbagh office they didn't have the PAN card there. They gave me a 3rd persons nunber who also didn't have it.
                  Could you please tell me as to what am i supposed to do to get my PAN card which has still not been delivered by your courier after 1.5 months.

                    My parcel was supposed to be delivered to me on 13 aug in Delhi. On 14 th Aug, I get a call from one of your delhi branches ( somebody by the name of MR.SURESH) andinsisted that I go their office to collect the parcel stating that they do not have manpower. I refused and said that if they cannot deliver they should refund the money and send back the parcel. Reluctantly he agreed to deliver. When I got no delivery till 18 Aug, I again tried calling their delhi numbers. I must have tried no less than 30 times throughout the day on all your helpline numbers that are nationwide as well as the east Delhi ones where my parcel was there. Nobody bothered to pick up my call. I could finally get through your mumbai office from where the parcel originated. They were apologetic and forthcoming and said they would track the parcel and get back. Finally I could get through your east delhi branch on 19 where they said my parcel was already delivered. When I insisted that I had not recieved the parcel, he (Mr.SURESH)said he will find out and get back to me and assured me that I will get my parcel on 19aug. AFTER THAT NOBODY HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME, PARCEL IS YET NOT DELIVERED AND THE EAST DELHI BRANCH HAS AGAIN STOPPED RESPONDONG TO MY CALLS . I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TRACKON TO ANYBODY. ESPEICALLY IF IT INVOLVES DELIVERY TO OR FROM EAST DELHI. THE EMPLOYEES THERE ARE RUDE, ARROGANT, THEY JUST DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER NEEDS AND TELL BLATANT LIES. I PRAY THAT I RECIEVE MY PARCEL IN 1 PIECE BUT THIS HAS TRULY BEEN A NIGHTMARE!!

                    A special thanks and letter of recommendation to Mr Vinod who handles the trackon dispatch centre at mayur vihar phase 2. He was no way concerned with my issue. However I only requested him to help me out since he collects couriers for trackon where I live. He took special efforts to track down my parcel and saw to it that it got delivered. I would rate him 10out of 10 . I would like to also especially mention that Mr.Suresh who is at the vinod nagar branch is extremely rude, arrogant and it was his responsibility to deliver the parcel but neither was he apologetic. More so when we kept calling him to know the status of our parcel, he actually blocked my number so I could not contact him. I would rate him 1 out of 10. Extremely dissatisfied with Mr.Suresh 's behaviour ( Vinod nagar, delhi branch) amd extremely happy and grateful to Mr.Vinod ( Mayur Vihar phase 2 branch, delhi)

                    Very happy to share that I finally recieved my parcel. Please take note of my reviews. Mr. Vinod who handles your mayur vihar dispatch centre is extremely helpful and good. He went out of they way to get my matter resolved though he was no way connected.
                    Mr. SURESH who is at your vinod nagar branch is very rude, arrogant and has no sense of responsibility. It was his job to get my parcel delivered. He did not deliver and when we tried calling him to know the status he blocked our calls so that we could not contact him. Even after we did manage to contact him, he was very rude . I would expect you to take in more employees like Mr. Vinod who are very helpful and dedicated towards their job.

                      My pan card was dispatched on 20 july 2020 but still not delivered by trackon courier and i am unable to track my pancard on their site. Whenever i go to check its status, there is an error “invalid awb no.”

                        With great regards i would like to say that i availed your service to delivery my parcel from lakhnow up to srinagar j&k on 14 august 2020
                        I received my parcel today at your srinagar branch but the product was damaged. I would like to mention here that when i handed over my product at your laknow branch they inspected the product and there was no damage in the mixer and its parts.
                        When i received the product here at srinagar i checked it and i found that the jar is broken
                        I regret to say that i am literally disenchanted by the service provided by the company this time. I never complained about any of their services during the past few years. But this time it was a big letdown.
                        I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately in order to ensure that damaged packet and damaged goods will be reimbursed from the courier company (Trackon).                         I'm going to formally launch a complaint in the consumer court and sue this trackon. I'll make sure that this company pays a handsome amount for causing inconvenience to its customers

                        We are autorised Dealer of royal enfield situated at Kurukshetra. Today on 22 June 2022 we have received a courier in damaged condition. When we asked to delivery boy about this damaged parcel he told we have received this parcel in damaged condition.

                                    I have availed a facility of courier from your company for parcel of one packet from Gorakhpur to Kanpur by consignment no:[protected] on 04/08/2020.

                                    As per details available on your tracking site it will be reached on destination on 15/08/2020 but till it was not delivered to my client.

                                    How long to take the time to reach it when it loose their need to be there.

                                    Totally unsatisfied service provided by you. I feel cheated on that in terms of time, money and necessity of time.

                                      I would like to lodge a complaint about TrackOn Service and rude behavior of your staff at Madiwala, Bangalore

                                      My parcel was delivered on 11.Aug.2020 which I have tracked on TrackOn website. However, till 17.Aug.20, parcel was not delivered. I have called 10-12 times to a number[protected]Manoj). No one pick the call. Hence, I have to travel 12 KM to receive my parcel. After reaching the office, I checked why the parcel was not delivered. There was no proper response. Then I intensionally called on the same number, Manoj didn't receive it again. I asked Manoj what was the reason that phone is not picked up. Manoj argued and told "he is/was busy". I replied - You are suppose to pick the call as how your customer will get to know where is his parcel. He got angry and told that 15.Aug.20 was holiday and 18.Aug.20 (Tuesday) we will deliver to your area. I asked how would I know when you will deliver the parcel, for this you have to pick the call and update the customer. He as angry and told that "we won't give you your parcel. Go and call the origin and tell him" and dont choose TrackOn, you will not get Hyderabadi biriyani in 50/--60/- - This shows that he don't have respect for the company he is working and sending customer to choose another parcel delivery vendor.

                                      I was stunned hearing this. I told that is this the way you should reply to your customer who came to get his parcel instead of getting home delivery. He again argued and told that "He was busy and don't have time to pick your call".

                                      Is this the way, TrackOn delivery guy should talk?
                                      Are you not suppose to update the customer on phone as when the parcel can be delivered if it is not delivered on a specific day?
