Hi, I have a parcel, which got in "navi mumbai" on 16th of oct, 2018. As i live in "airoli", i have give them a call at 1:40 pm on 17th oct, 2018. And the person who picked up the call, told he doesn't have it. You are advised to call the "juhi nagar" office. I did the same, called the at 1:48 pm on 17th oct, 2018. Very first thing that happened, a lady picked up the call and she was speaking in marathi. What i think only those who are permanent residents or are staying in maharashtra from bit long are able to understand marathi. So my first complaint is, national language should be used that is hindi instead of marathi. Second issue is she haven't attended me well. Her attitude was very wrong which is not bearable. I am giving you the numbers both of the airoli branch and juhi nagar branch which i got from the airoli branch attendant.
