I have sent one box weighing 2.6 kgs to mr amit kumar royat howrah on 6th oct. The parcel was delivered empty. Valuable content - 1 shirt, 3 women ethinic garments, 1 purse worth rs 6300 was missing.
The person delivered at howrah has acknowledges that the parcel during delivery was not having any weight & empty.
The parcel has been collected at my residence surat by mr. Deepeshwhose details are as under :
