[Resolved] Trackon Couriers — PAN Card not received, pathetic service and telephone service unanswered | |||
Hello Sir/Madam, My Pan card was sent through your courier and Tracking ID:[[protected]]. On 30th June, the consignment reached Chennai Hub and on 5th July status was changed to out for delivery and till now I didn't received my parcel. When I try to contact chennai office or head office in Delhi, the call went unanswered. I kept following from 2nd July and raised a grievance with Track on courier but there is no response to that as well. Also I raised grievance request with NSDL on 5th July. PAN card is a critical financial document and holding one's pancard without delivering is equivalent to an offence. Also there are so many complaint already raised by many consumers in the same forum for not delivering the PAN CARD. I would kindly request TrackOn and NSDL to look into this matter seriously. My Pan Card has been dispatched I cant track it using the AWB number, it shows invalid number. I need my PAN card delivered as soon as possible.
