Customer care number always busy .
They never respond to our call then why there is customer care number is provided on website,
Service is very slow and executive never respond makes it very frustrating

I would not ever recommend any of my dear ones to use trackon courier service. On sunday morning i had sent a parcel from pune to belgaum. As sunday is non working day i was expecting the parcel to be delivered by wednesday. But till friday the parcel is not delivered. On trackon website it is showing that parcel has reached belgaum on wednesday morning itself. But yet it is not delivered. I tried contacting many times at service centre of belgaum, but after calling for 20 to 40 times in a day that guy answered only 1 call.. Also the reply is not satisfactory. On wednesday i asked that guy to deliver it on urgent basis.. Bt still the parcel is not delivered. Hopeless service. Service charges are also so high...

I sent 3 boxes with an approximate value of products of 12000 rupees. But due to Trackon's mismanagement, all the products got broken. It was sent with one of the most expensive delivery just to ensure safety. Also, products were covered with bubble wraps and double cardboards.
It is clearly visible that the boxes were mishandled by the delivery partners. They are highly unqualified and unprofessional personnel. Even on the boxes, it was clearly mentioned that the product is delicate and needs proper handling.

I need my refund back for the products broken. It cost around 10000 as a whole.

A consignment was booked by karvy stock broking hyderabad for me at my address at mumbai with trackon couriers. Trackon no. [protected]. The documents were returned with a remark insufficient address. The consignment was booked on 29th december 2019 and was returned back to hyderabad according to tracking report on 7th january 2020. However the sender m/s karvy stock broking has still not received back the documents so as to enable them them to resent the same. Both hyderabad and delhi nos of trackon couriers gets disconnected after pressing 1 for continuing. The hyderabad mobile no. On the website is stated to be disconnected for incoming calls for non payment of bills. I therefore contacted mumbai office and was given contact no.[protected] where i contacted today but the attending assistant claims that she does not about the consignment. The question therefore is where are the documents?? I had lodged a complaint no. C1194485 with the courier company however till date there is no response.

I got a call from a pan card distribution person. Person didn't reach my address and asked 50 rs for courier charges i denied so he ask me to get pan card within 10 mins in the place where he is.. He not even reach my address and didn't ask me the route to reach my address. Please take necessary action on this issue as soon as possible. I need my pan card at my address

My parcel got damaged and i need to claim for same. Even if it was damaged it should be delivered or returned back at least.. But we found this damaged information while tracking the awb no.. No call or msg from any concern received.

This seems to be very unprofessional attitude. Next time onwards we would not like to opt for this courier.

None of the telephone lines are working which are mentioned in website i don't why central govt has been using this faulty service provider my pan card has to delivered today but till now nobody has came are called me for address card sent by trackon awb[protected]. Expected del dt. 16/01/20. Pls check and revert back to me with proper response as it is emergency

I had sent a courier thru trackon kaspate vasti, pune office on 8/01/20.
The consignment number is [protected]. It was carrying important documents. I m not able to track the delivery person and his contact number who is so said to have delivered on the chennai address. Pls help asap. Trackon shud get the issue resolved asap as it raise doubts over its credibility.

Nsdl had despatched pan cards of mrs. Sunanda hegde and ms. Nivedita hegde vide your awb[protected] and awb[protected]. Your company on inquiry said that the same has been delivered on 10.10.2019 under signature. We have still not received even after expiry of three months. Kindly arrange for proof of dispatch. Or else arrange for delivery immediately.

As per track on courier date my pan card delivered to trackon courier on 3 jan 2020 in Hyderabad.
I got expected date of delivery of 12 Jan 2020 I didn't receive my pan card still.
When I call to customer care but no answer they are not receiving the call and where is my parcel.

This is the third time i am facing similar issue. I got some material courier from delhi to zirakpur on 9th jan 2020. The packet reached the nearest hub on 10th. But the hub did not delivered it in past three days. Moreover when i gave a call they went on with silly reasons. Earlier also once they kept one of my courier with them for 8 days... Patheric service and moreover pathetic support. I am writing my complaint as this time this was important shipment and it needed to reach me on priority

I have purchased some study materials from institute of chartered accountants of india on 13-dec-2019 which was supposed to deliver in gangtok, sikkim. They have charge for the delivery also separately and deliver assigned to trackon couriers pvt ltd. Till 11-jan-2020 i did not receive the package and company is saying that the package has to be collected by me from their hub.
They are cheating with public collecting the charges earlier and later harassing the customer.
This is very regretful how this type of company can run business in a civilized country.

Hi i have send a courier to srinagar on last week but due to closer at jammu they don, t deliver at on last saturday it was in amritsar still today i don, t get my courier back,.

Please return it back asap i have to give the same to my client at earliest, really unhappy with services no body picks the phone for proper clarification.

And i need the refund for the same.

Trackon courier traching number[protected] Our courier was sent on dated 06.12.2019 for arrah bihar but courier not received yet to our party.courier company not replied properly regarding courier and they are not give proper response where is our courier pls solved this matter...

I haven't received any package but it shows that it is delivered yesterday on 1 st January 2020 at gaziabad uttar pradesh.please help me in this condition.As I booked on 29th december and on 30 december it is shipped.But now it shows delivered.as I am from bihar address is At+PO-Madhubani, P.S-Sangrampur, district-motihari it is booked from delhi It my kindly request to solve this problem.

I haven't received any package but it shows that it is delivered on 1st january 2020 I booked this package on 29 th december 2019 and it is shipped on 30th december.Now I am in trouble what to do now. Any of the tarkon courier service team not respond to the call or any communication.I haven't received any package till now please resolve this issue.

My parcel was recieves in Gwalior hun on 28.12.2019 but no one neither delivered nor contacted me and today I contacted on the given mob. No. Of Sunil than he misbahaved and threatened me to return the parcel just now. And i need the parcel urgently.

The courier sent had weight 3670 gm but received is 3300 gm. One item was missing inside the courier.
The courier was sent to chattisgarh but one kurti was missing in the courier. The courier was packed in front of trackon ludhiana office people and we guess someone from office took the item out

I booked a envelop from varanasi to ghaziabad with doc. No.[protected] to mr. Santosh keshari, indira puran, ghaziabad on 26.12.19 which contains very important doc, urgent to reach by today.
Doc had reached your ghaziabad hub on 27.12.19 but till it is not delivered to the destination.

It shows the negligence of the courier service which shakes our trust on track on courier.

As per track on courier date my pan card delivered to trackon courier on 7th dec 2019 in malleshwaram bangalore.
I got expected date of delivery of 15 dec but today date is 29 dec i didnt receive my pan card still.
Its been more than 15 days late than expected delivery date. They didnt even pick call when i tried contacting them
Please kindly take the complaint and deliver soon
