In november 2016 vaibhav rati from trade india research, a company based in indore, mp started communicating with me over phone. He said “please try our services, you could be one of those 2 percent of people who make profits in the market”. I avoided his calls but he called me from different numbers continuously. He said he will recover all the money that i lost in the market. He told me that his company, trade india research, is good with commodity recommendations and i should try that. I said i had absolutely no idea about commodity market, had no experience. I had not even heard of mcx. He told me that i need not get involved with placing
Calls, he will directly call up my broker and place the orders through my broker & take care of the positions to earn profits. He advised me to open a dmat mcx account with angel broking.
He introduced me to a person in angel broking who opened my mcx account on 22nd december 2016. Vaibhav asked me to transfer inr 50000/- into my angel account which i did. On december 23, 2016, he asked me to purchase a plan from tradeindia for inr 36000/-. He guided me on how to

Soon after paying the fees i started receiving sms messages from trade india which did not make any sense for me because i did not pay for sms, i paid because i was told that vaibhav will be working on my account. He will be monitoring the market and the positions he will make through my broker. He worked for two or three days made profits and then some losses and stopped working after the huge losses. Later, he did not respond to my calls. When he responded, he said that company has asked him to discontinue
Work on my account. He said with inr 36000/- fees he will not get good recommendations from his office and that is the reason for losses, for him to get good recommendations, i had to pay more inr 57000/-. He asked me to use my credit card so that even before the due date of the credit card he will earn the profits. Then i hesitantly paid fees of inr 57000/- via credit card for
Another financial health checkup plan at 10:16 am on the 26th of december 2016. On my side the payment came as successful, but vaibhav said that tradeindia has not recd the payment. He insisted that i make a similar transaction via payumoney and if there are duplicate transactions
The money would be refunded, so i did the same transaction again on 26th december @ 11:52 am. Both transactions were positive and inr 1, 14, 000/- was into tradeindia’s account. I pleaded for refund but there came an answer “no”. Instead vaibhav said i should pay another inr 100000/- so as to make it inr 2, 50, 000/- in total, he will work on a package for inr 25, 00, 000/- profit in 3 months. He said the company will continue to earn profits until 25 lakhs profit is earned and then stop service. He promised by his mother. I had to repay my credit card bills so thinking that he will make profits i hesitantly paid another inr 100050/- on 28th december
2016.
Well, now by 30th of december, i have already paid inr 2, 50, 000. Still they did not start my work. Upon questioning, they told me that there is no such package for 2, 50, 000/- and i need to pay another inr 95, 000/- to avail half-yearly hni mcx service and that would be the last payment that is expected of me. On 3rd january 2017, i regretfully pay inr 94, 875/-. They still
Do not start work. On 7th january 2017, via email, i was told that i have paid inr 344875/- thus far and i have to pay another inr 355125/- for availing customized combo hni. I am once again told this was the

Again they started demanding for more fees, this time they told me that the total package is worth inr 7, 25, 000/- fee and not just inr 7, 00, 000/- so i have to now pay inr 3, 80, 000/- instead of inr 355125/- which was stated in the email from support. I regretfully pay inr 3, 80, 000/- desperate to see work happening on my account. I pleaded for them to return my
Money or do some work, but they did not do anything.
Now anurag calls me up and talks a lot about supriya vajpayee the best researcher in their company and if i have to avail her services i have to pay another inr 80000/-. He told me that supriya is a very busy lady, but he will fix up an appointment with her somehow. Anurag is called me relentlessly stating that supriya wanted to talk to me. So he arranged for a con call
With supriya, she strictly told that i have to pay inr 80000/- and then she will start services. I had no choice. I make this payment too. They resume work, earn profits for two days and the third day again there is a huge loss. Upon checking, vaibhav & anurag tell me that supriya’s services are still not activated because there is a profiling issue, they are still discussing with her.
One night at 11 pm, vaibhav says i have still got to pay another inr 2000/- for starting service. He sounded very worried that he has not been able to work on my account because of this & that i had to pay it before it struck midnight. So i make my payment of inr 2001/- and send an email at 11:54 pm to their support department. By this time i had paid inr 805000/- in total. Still they did not start work. Anurag told me that he has transferred my profile to supriya. For availing supriya’s services i have to pay for customized combo hni half-yearly package that is inr 8, 93, 000/-. Anurag tells me that supriya will not work because my capital is less. Supriya will
Only work for capital 5 lakhs and above. I said “why then did you collect so much fee, instead you could refund.” he says that’s no solution, he will discuss with supriya. Then suddenly i get a call from their accounts department who tell me that i have to pay service tax of inr 1, 33, 950/-
And until that is paid no body will work on my account. He says that he will convince supriya to work, but until the service tax is paid work will not start. So i partially pay ir 33000 via credit card and arrange for another 100000/- via a person who provides daily collection at 10% interest. There is also an email from their support team which at first asked me to not pay, now requesting me to pay. With no other option, i make another debt of 6 lakhs and make the payment. When asking why he has stopped work, he started selling me the idea of paying another inr 9, 57, 000/- so that he will get me the services of renowned cnbc researcher ashish who also has an expert advisor in the us by name d’souza. He arranged for a con call with ashish. This package of ashish was to fetch me profits of 1.3 cr. Ashish gives a few suggestions over the concall. Tells me that he does not
Work for tradeindia, but he will work externally with the help of anurag. Asks me to maintain 70k balance in dmat. He will start work, but he has left some instructions with anurag and i need to do that. Anurag is now asking me to go to the bank and arrange for a loan of inr 9, 57, 000/- and promises that ashish will earn all of it back in just 10 days. I give up. Anurag
Became angry, stopped working on my account. Said vaibhav will work on my account but without expert advice. He also told me “you have paid 10 lakhs to vaibhav and only 6 lakhs to me, so vaibhav will work on your account.” i have been paying all the fees through thier site,
And i am now wondering how they distributed among themselves. I still maintain a balance of inr 50, 000/- in my account. Vaibhav resumes work. Vaibhav loses 11000/- + one day. Makes inr 14000/- the next day. The third day vaibhav & supriya have taken positions in my account,
Supriya confirms that she has taken the position and is watching the market for me, but all by the evening were going under loss. At around 8:30 pm. I see there is a message on my mobile from the broking firm which says my positions are losing 70%, i tried calling all the phone numbers i have from tradeindia, but to no avail. I sent messages to anurag, to vaibhav, there
Was no response. Later vaibhav has instructed the broker to sell all positions. Losses 4, 55, 00/- capital. I fight for rights. I fight for refund. My agony is not heard. That is the quality of service offered for a client that has paid for availing the best service offered by trade india. They claimed that the broker was not accepting stop loss. Upon checking with the broker, he said
“never had they given stop loss until this day”.
Having said all of the above, i am seeking justice for what has transpired between december 21, 2016 and march 2017 with my association with tradeindia. I have been harassed for fees by their employees. I can give a list of phone numbers that they used to transact with me. When it came to collecting fees, they spoke to me all through the day, promised by their mothers, when it came to work, they used a very good strategy of making two days profit, third day heavy loss, then say pay more for better service. I am not alone, i have references of two more clients of tradeindia who are going through this and who are willing to file a complaint and support as
Witness.
I earnestly & humbly request for intervention to get my money of inr 1624000/- refunded.
Trade india employees swore on their mothers to earn profits for
Me, they used several personal phones to talk to me. They harassed me without working on my accounts though i paid fees and continuously paid fees. Today, it is my fees, my capital and my health that is getting ruined. People who have given loans to me are after my life.
They quoted packages as below…
Quarterly package: they promise 25 lakhs
Halfyearly package: they promise 30 to 35 lakhs
Yearly package: they promise 60 to 70 lakhs
Ashish’s yearly package: they promise 1.3 cr.
They kept harassing for fees by giving reasons. Immediately after every payment they would demand that i send a satisfaction email. They would say until i sent the “satisfaction” email, they will not start work. They shared the text with me on the mobile for the satisfaction mail which i can produce as evidence. When i paid one amount they came up with a different reason not to work and harassed for more fees. Some of the reasons that they gave were. “normal tareeke se kaam hoga tho loss hoga, expert advice ke liye jyada pay karna padega” “your profile is incomplete” “profiling problem hai”
“you have paid this fee, but you have to pay service tax” “there is no half-yearly slot, so you have to wait for the half-yearly slot.” “to get half-yearly slot will take more months, you have to wait for activation of the account or
Pay more for the yearly slot” ultimately, they managed to collect fees of 16.24 lakhs promising to make 65 lakhs profit in
One year. The last payment was made on 6th march 2017.
Tradeindia employees vaibhav, anurag, supriya vajpayee, sonal, harshdeep rana harassed me by demanding fees continuously. They cheated me by making false promises and continuously collecting fees. I am also doubtful whether the con-calls that i had with supriya vajpayee and
Ashish from cnbc are impersonation by anurag. I finally managed to get the phone number of neha gupta who is the director of trade india.
One day when i called her she received the call and told me that she is travelling and she will call me back, but she did not.
I have sent several emails requesting for refund to the director neha gupta, but there is no resolution. I will be able to produce all the documents, invoices, including some whatsup messages, and
Mobile phone recordings when required for investigation.
