Trade India Research — equity option premium services

I have opted for equity premium option plan for seven months which they have agreed and sent confirmation mail for the same. I have received service for 3 months. But after that no calls of equity premium options service have been received. Even i have tried to contact them but their no. Are not reachable and out of service.
Sir, kindly help me in the matter and help me to recover my service. If no further services will be provided by them than help me to get my money back.

Satyam lift the company which is listed in trade india have cheated us. They took our advance money and now from last 3-4 months they are just avoiding our calls and everything
