I had taken a Digital Business Solution package & paid Rs.49000/- against their proforma invoice. I told them my GST number(shared TRN number) is applied & waiting for it l. They said don't worry, we will not show it a 31st March sale, we will just book the deal & issue a tax invoice on receipt of your new firm's GST number in April. Till date after 45/50days...i have neither received the GST tax invoice & the catalogue changes are also pending. Even changingbthe template id & theme id was done after intervention by Cust Care & not by the ones who committed it. Nobody in Online sales team replying to calls & whats app messages. Hosted the catalogue with wrong template theme, without logo & some crucial details without my APPROVAL. New clients must think twice before clsing a deal with Online Sales team. For dealing with Offline team, keep some of their valuable in mortgage which you can return them, once the comitted services are delivered as the staff keeps on changing. My account manager who visited me & i exolained the problem was changed after two days. Now, again i hav to keep on explaining to different people.
