I searched for denon x2400 h on tradeindia for the the seller rajesh rahul enterprises contacted me deal was done in 42k as per our deal I have to pay 8k as advance and remaining 34k after delivery and inspection of product I cleared every thing about hidden taxes and all that and he refused there are no taxes of any other payment is to be paid after advance payment and before delivery also be promised to deliver the product within 38hrs of payment I paid him on 17th Oct it's 20th I have received my product in noon he contacted me and told that package is at jhansi and he need 6100 as taxes right now then only he will release my package I refused as per deal I had to pay only after delivery every time when I calling seller he is not picking up the phone all were dealings were done on whatsapp I have screen shots of that now when I asked for replacement he is telling he will sell this product to another customer before initiating refund also when I was paying I told him to use trade india payment protection but he refused for that I wrote a mail to tradeindia for that I received call from trade india executive that seller is verified you can do direct payment so I paid him via you Plz sue the seller and get my money back Also the tracking details he gave me the website is fraud too I can't find that courier company on any platform also as per the tracking details package got picked up on 2 p.m of 18th october from aizawal and reached in jhansi at 11 pm Means 1 day and 9 hrs but distance b/n aizawal and jhansi is 2136km and the shipping method they used were van and if take normal speed of 60kmph he must take more than 2 days as packed was not always constantly moving must be at depo Also actual weight shows 9kg but as per denon specifications x2400 weighs 11kg Was this information helpful? | |||

Rajesh rahul enterprises in comman name fraud seller
I paid him 8k as advance for purchasing a av receiver but and before delivery he is asking 7 k more as taxes I refused to pay any amount before delivery as per our deal 8k was advance 34 k was to be paid after delivery but after 2 days he contacted me and asking 7k as taxes I refused to pay taxes and asked my money so he is telling first he will sell the product t then only return money Also before paying h advance I told him to use ti pay but he refused also I wrote to you but I got call from you in which you assured me that seller is verified you can pay him directly
Also their are so much mismatches in courier company updates as distance from aizwal to jhansi is 2136 km which should take more than 2 days only when in constant moving but product reached in less than 2 days and as it's courier parcel must be on hold for some time at every palace also weight of x2400 h is 11kg but as per courier updates parcel weight is 9kg
