It has been more than 2 months since we have paid the money for a 3 year subscription to your company. We had paid on 28th December 2021.

However, till date we have not been receiving any valid enquiries. We were committed by the Sales Team that you will recover your subscription fees within 1 month and they will send us enquiries and do necessary promotions for the same on the site as well as Google.

4 account managers have been changed in this period. They have no idea about our products and also cannot handle any concerns. There have been multiple times that I have followed up with your team but no one is picking up the calls.

We understand that nothing is happening. You can refer to our Purchase Order and Email by your Sales Team. We had been committed for Refund, however now no step is being taken by them.

We feel we have been cheated and no action is being taken towards the same. We want our refund thats it.

We paid Trade India on 19/11/2020. Regarding we had purchased your distributor plan. We had a talk with MR Anil Singh and he finalized the deal by getting a conference call with Rashmi. He said in simple words that you do not need to do anything. Get Distributor team will do 90 % work . we will explain to customer your complete plan and the customer wants to finalize the deal then we will do conference call with customer and Company regarding finalization. We said that you draft all these points in the mail, after then we will process further. Then Rahul Mittal came in Picture that we will give you 100% Surety that we will give you 2 distributor every month yearly 24 distributor from which location you need . i given Maharashtra, Gujrat and Major From UP the said ok we will provide from that location . but now no sales persona answering our calls .Mr Rohit mittal is giving only fake commitments that we will do bla bla . we want our Money back or else will execrate this complaint ahead .

I dr Sonia Gupta taken package of 32000 rs for 2 year to promote my clinic. After somedays I came to know fact that trade India don't promote clinic . So I asked to refund my money . Even it's about to 3 month time, I didn't get my money .
Even I am not getting any response.

Didn’t get the service after paying the amount for 3 years highly disappointed services provided by trade India, after asking for refund even telling them to deduct some amount didn’t receive anything not even the single lead or the amount asked for refund. Misleading information regarding the consumer demand of the product in which we are not even dealing.

Tradeindia sold me a package for 3 years and promised they will create online catalogue and promote the page, But they have not responded till now after 2 moths of taking their service, no one responds to our emails and chats, their manager Nirav C (niraj.[protected]@tradeindia.com) only promises promises but not able to handle even small requests, I wanted to cancel the package and refund full amount but no response till now. They all seem be fraud.

Hello! I have a shop named Narayan aluminium and glass and fabrication. We have paid 30, 000/-to the company to give us facilities to promote our business. But we are dissatisfied by the service. We have been disappointed by the employee as they do not reach us for help when we need them. They do not get the add of our shop in the the list of aluminium

Our company complains our account manger, Mohd Shadab Javed, who did not finish his job on time as per our contract with Tradeindia, and ask for compensation for the time that we lost.

1. Social media: in contract, it includes facebook, twitter and linkedin, etc.
but,
A. Facebook, we paid in 2019-4-4, but, Mood Shadab Javed only finished it on May 11, 2020, that means, our terms in contract did not fulfill at least 1year, and after he made the link, he did not give us access, so, only a page with a company name, what is the use? It is 2021-1-5, all our time were wasted. How can compensate us?

B. Linkedin and Twitter: we paid in 2019-4-4, today, it is 2021-1-7, how many months passed, we did not have this, how to compensate our company?

2. Email marketing: all other terms in contract are visible, but this one, can not see, we need to see the records of this function.

So, our company complaint, and ask for compensation.

Who will be responsible for this?

We are waiting.

I started my Export company recently and registered with your organization for the export enquiries.

Your sales executives Mr. Hemant clearly indicated that we will provide you the International Queries that too I asked about neighboring countries.

I am surprised to note that till date I have received only domestic enquiries which is not at all useful for me and I am not interested to do local selling as well.

Your customercare representative also called me last week and shared my concerns to her and waited for 2 minutes for the reply from her. There is no reply and the call got disconnected.

Before creating website by your firm, i have my own website and shared all the informations as well as my website details to your people.

By summing up, this is not at all useful and i do not want to avail your services any more. Please request you to refund my money to my bank account immediately without fail.

Now, tried to connect your sales representatives, their line is not reachable and no response from them as well. It is very clear ...

I have been reporting this several times, no one could take care of these changes. I am very much tired of intimating these changes. I do not know as to when our site will be published – because the delay from your side, we are totally affected as we could not get any enquiries. The purpose of registration with Trade India is not fruitful. I am afraid, in the event of any further delay, we might even loose our patience, since we contacted humpty number of times with various executive levels in Trade India for this corrections.

I have placed an order for Dettol antiseptic liquid to Mr Abhijit ghosh and given a advance of RS 3000 but now he is just not bother to deliver the product and not receiving my calls I think he is a cheater i kindly request you to kindly deliver the product or refund my money back in 24 hours or i will bound to go to consumer forum for proper justice

I hv ordered a paper plate machine for 48000 rs from madura coats company.they have promised many of things to me..since the machine they delivered is old, rusted and worthless...also they are ignoring my msgs and calls ..i am trying to reach them since march .the lockdown period make worst condition of mine.please help me with it and teach maduracoats a good lesson not to be fraud again.

I searched for denon x2400 h on tradeindia for the the seller rajesh rahul enterprises contacted me deal was done in 42k as per our deal I have to pay 8k as advance and remaining 34k after delivery and inspection of product I cleared every thing about hidden taxes and all that and he refused there are no taxes of any other payment is to be paid after advance payment and before delivery also be promised to deliver the product within 38hrs...

We take the membership of tradeindia on the date of 02/05/2020 but from the date i take membership of tradeindia i fell very poor experience to work with tradeindia because i face many problems in inquiries and buyleds and also when i registered complaint but no answer from tradeindia company side and when i ask my tradeindia manager which tradeindia company appointed for me is said i raise complaint but still no answer from the delhi office .from the date when we take membership to till date approx i raised 5 to7 complain to tradeindia and i taking follow up for each and every complaints continuously but i get only one answer from company person that your complaint is under process also i get 70-80% fake inquiries in which buyer dont want to purchase that product, either he want to purchase different products so all this queries i already raised ahead and i never get satisfied answer from your company side so hope you understand and solved my problem as early as possible because if my problem is not solved in 1 month to 5 month then also you understand which kind of service you provide.also for this i raised compaint to the area manager of tradeindia but he give same answer we work on it and after the 5 months still no result output comes and when i put mail to the ceo of the company and also 3-4 times put the mail for the reminder to the ceo of tradeindia but he never replies for single mail so overall work with tradeindia is very poor experience

I ordered on 06.10.2020 a few nighties and night dress from Jaynal Fashion Industries Sk Neha Business development officer called me frequently and I ordered and transfer money to that company till today there was no response from them when I call them no response from them

We paid 50000/- rs for nothing.
Mr. Vinod (vinodkumar.[protected]@tradeindia.Com) guaranteed us that we will receive hits and call once we run our add. We paid separately to create video for add which is of extra cost.
Honestly, we have no idea when they ran the adv and when it got exhausted.
We tested and tried for few days to find out on facebook through different ip's if our adv was hitting audience but no, even from the exact location we could not find our own adv.
Our company name is rebuilt prosthetics and orthotics.

They are just looting people in the name of business.
Do not invest in this. We hope to see some proof that they actually ran the adv and it reached not many but 1-2 audience may be. And if not, we want our 50k back.

I joined this site on 30.09.2020 and was asked whether I would like one of the assists to contact me to help establish what I needed. This happened and to my surprise, he contacted me via Whatsapp. He did not understand what I wanted and assumed that I wanted suppliers to text me and put my details out for any indian citizen to contact me over Whatapp. My phone has not stopped buzzing I have complained to the agent to make it stop and he told me that he had taken my details down of the 'site', I never gave him permission to share my data in the first place. On 1 October I have asked to terminate this account, but the agent ignores me and the abuse continues and now he is no longer communicating with me.

So I have attempted to terminate my account, but even this is difficult as you have to wait for an OTP number that is text to your phone/email and you need this number to terminate your account. Although I have requested that the system sends me this code, it never turns up. I am left blocking a continuous number of vendors as spam, this is my only way to stop the new person from bugging me, but it does not stop the next one and the next one. I have the agent's direct telephone number and I am happy to share it with you, if it will help me end this nightmare. I have absolutely no way of stopping this abuse of my personal data and now I am looking at closing my Whatsapp account in order to get some relief from the torrent of abuse from this site which have no regard for laws regarding Data Protection. I would be grateful if someone can help me make this stop!!
