We have raised the complaint on 13.07.2022 regarding HS TAPE (NEW DELHI) money cheating company. As of now we haven't received any response from the TRADEINDIA.COM & HS TAPE (NEW DELHI)

Please take necessary action regarding our complaint and update the status of our complaint. Why you haven't responding us regarding our complaint.

Supplier name Mukta Graphics +[protected] has done a fraud with a customer Ms. Malobi Nair. She has paid him Rs4500 to deliver LED number Marquee. He kept promising to deliver and it's been 20 days now that he hasn't and is not even returning the money

as i have paid amount of rs-41, 151 on dated[protected] and after that my service started on[protected] official but we are not satisfied at that time and raise multiple issue to your sales executive mr parth gandhi and mr jaydeep pandya on[protected]still problems are not solved) considering issue of website build, favicon icon, ssl, ti pay, google listing, monopoly keywords, private category add/modify etc after that support team member have visited on site and try to understand above issue but unable to commit it to complete and then area head mr manishbhai visited and try to give his best performance after that some of points are cleared but till date its already 2.5 month and main point that is private category and buy leads is not fulfilled from your end as i have visited 3 times your corporate office to stop my service and refund my full amount which i have paid on advance basis as i am tired of completing to each every member of your company and now i don't think that it's gone easy ahead as company has also started my package with out my prior permission or no one has asked about my complaint or service since 3 month i am tired from your end, so please stop my services and release my payment which i have made on trust of amount rs 41, 151/-.

As soon as the full payment is made trade india did not get my catalogue made propererly and to start there term tenure of 3 years that make my incomplete website active on net and Inspite of repeated request since my account is activated that it is not properly uploaded with correct key words. After paying such a huge amount of 74000 and as I was Earler using trade India free listing and after taking there paid services it is still working...

He is a wooden spoon dealer, and want to buy wooden spoon and I contact him by trade india..
And then i talk to him and he said pay first then i will make bill, and send you your materials.. i said ok and i send him 29000/- rupees and send him screenshot of my payment.. from that time he is not picking my calls and not replying my massages.. he is a fraud man.. please i need help of TRADE INDIA to get my money back .. please TRADE INDIA .. help me..

We have taken trade India subscription in the month of April 22 till date we have not recieved enquiry as promised by the sales team . It's been 4 months now the sales team is not responding nor i am getting what's was promised to us we have been sending mails for refund but no responses.
Now we do not want to continue with the services.
The total amount paid is 60000 for 2 years.
Trade India is totally fake and even it's employees

I had submitted a one time enquiry last year on TRADEINDIA PORTAL about cashew nuts and since then I had requested to STOP calling me and SENDING emails to me 100 times. But IT LOOKS LIKE TRADEINDIA PORTAL KEEPS SHARING MY CONTACT DETAILS WITH NEW SUPPLIERS AGAIN AND AGAIN TILL DATE EVEN AFTER 1 YEAR. PLEASE STOP THIS IMMEDIATELY....

I have paid rs. 65, 000 for service of 2 years from trade India. They made big promises while signing a contract with me that we shall design your website, and provide you daily leads differently than what you receive in bulk.

Till date, i am receiving fake inquiries. Its been 1 month now i am being fooled by them.

@tradeindia Got a call from MR Anurag Kumar (Ph [protected]), Park Street brunch. This guy called and threatened me. Even though I told him this is not my profile he talked very harshly.
Is this how @tradeindia works? What nonsense?

Mr. Sanjay (Manager) his mobile no :[protected] started to ignore our calls, mails or messages. Whenever I ask for a refund, Mr. Sanjay gave so many reasons and blocked us . So, we tried to reach through different numbers but no use at all. The same response was received from them. Why tradeindia.com isn't taking any necessary action against them. It gives opinions like tradeindia.com is also involved with them. Because while viewing the other complaints below it looks like no necessary action has been taken against them from your side. Kindly take necessary action against them and support us to refund the amount from them.

Dear sir/Madam...
3 months ago I had Order a product from your seller and your Salesperson was a mediator on that. Hence I placed order on trust of that salesperson. I had already paid 90k to the supplier now he is deny for product instead he tells will give Refund.
After 3 months also he has not recoverd back my money. After so many calls he is not responding my calls and Messages. And your Salesperson is also not receive calls.

I am from indore (M.P.) and i had put request for english willow bat from tradeindia.com website. From there a person named Rahul rana from Siya Ram Sports contacted me.
When I ordered a bat of 5100 rs and batting pads of 2750 rs.
He asked me to no COD available .
After I paid 7982 rs, he said he will dispatch within an hour but he didn't do it.
Now after several day and tries he is not picking up my phone and blocked me from whatsApp and not responding.
His mobile number are [protected] and [protected].
I have all the record of chat and payment history.

I was in talks with one of the executives of Trade India, the name of the executive was Aman Mittal, as he was trying to explain me the features offered by Trade India. In this regard he transferred the call to his senior whose name was Harshit Barriwal. Now this senior Harshit, spoke to me for about 10 minutes, in this conversation I once mentioned about Indiamart and its features as I am using it since 4 years, so I explained him what kind of features I am expecting from Trade India. Hearing about Indiamart, Mr. Harshit got so furious on the call and spoke to me in a very rude tone. I was once considering of joining Trade India, but after today's experience I am pretty sure I am never going to get associated with Trade India, and I will make sure I spread the word about this incident with my business associates. He even told me rudely that he is going to remove my free listing on Trade India, so overall I am very happy that I am not associated with this company and I request you to remove my listing as I am disgusted with the service of Trade India, and my advice is, if people like Harshit keep behaving like this, no one else is going to join Trade India and the company will never grow because of such people. Please look into this matter and please put my phone number in DNC list.

The employees of Trade india used to call me 3-4 times in a day for becoming a member of this B2B portal. After payment, no steps have been taken for onboarding even after a month. Initially they informed us that onboarding would be done in 4-5days. They also informed us that they will take all data from Indiamart and create a catalogue. Now, they dont respond to our calls, messages.
Astonishing to see such big names in the market indulging in activities like this.

My name is Bikram Nandi. I have received calls from trade India and they have proposed a business plan (online whole sale business). They informed me they will provide the manufacturer's details of the company, also buyers' details through a web service. I have to join the company with the amount of 55000 in contract with 2 years services. I have paid the money but they refused to give me manufacturers. In order to get that I have to pay more 45000 in addition to getting a trust stamp. I had no choice but to pay. But they didn't provide the same. I have raised lots of complaints but no result. I demanded a refund, they refused. I am totally helpless. Please help me.

He calls up daily and irritates me regarding the business schemes and there different business propasals .
Please look into it and stop this business pattern as they keep on troubling me daily.
