We Goel grih udhyog, gorakhpur, up, India had Made payments for Website through TradeIndia and Committed time was 10 days. In november we paid money of RS18000 NOVEMBER 2022. Till date we didn’t get service from there and THEY ASK FOR MORE MONEY of RS15000. They denied for refund money and force to give us another service. Employee of this company and TradeIndia both fraud. They comes many times for visit to sell their services by employee ajit tripathi and komal akharia. After Received money no one is responding. We want our refund and want to stop our service as we didn’t get service from them. They don’t have professional team for making such good websites. By name of service they looting customers. This company is really fake by name of service to the customer.

They are following me since january 2022 for taking their product. but i did not take their services because of lake of fund. and i was thinking this service is very expensive than other company like indiamart.
after the 1 year follow back they convinced me for their product at very reasonable cost Rs18000. after i have done payment they ask for more money after that discussion i ready to pay Rs 7000 more.
they promise to me they will give all services and i will get very much more customers than indiamart.
but after payment they ask for more money of Rs 20000. i did not able to pay this payment i tell them.
but i did not get any customer till now from 5 months.

We Krishna International Overseas, Surat, Gujarat, India had Made payments for Website through TradeIndia and Committed time was 1 month. In September we paid money and started installment in August 2022. Till date we didn’t get service from there and still they charging from us. They denied for refund money and force to give us another service. Employee of this company and TradeIndia both fraud. They comes many times for visit to sell their services by employee Vikas Badami. After Received money no one is responding. We want our refund and want to stop our Emi as we didn’t get service from them. They don’t have professional team for making such good websites. By name of service they looting customers. This company is really fake by name of service to the customer.

I have taken tradeIndia.com subscription in the month of November, 2022 & till date I have not received a single enquiry as promised by the sales team. Tradeindia.com is a biggest cheater. In July 2022 I subscribed for basic exports leads package [ Trade India said it will provide unlimited export business leads through its portal which was priced at 1, 00, 300/- INR. It also offered me a loan through their lending team [ Trade India lending ].
Loan Amount : 83583 + down payment : 16716 with a tenure of 12 months.
In Aug 2022 Trade India sales team contacted me and pitched for another exports leads package [ termed as ‘Super bonanza’ package ] which was priced at 7, 50, 000/- .
They offered me a second loan for an amount of 5, 43, 290/- + down payment of 90, 000/- with tenure of 12 months. Also previous loan amount of 100300 was clubbed with this in order to cover 7.5 Lakhs cost for the super bonanza package.
I was promised that the package will be ready within a month and it’s just enough if I could cover the EMI with own funds for 1st EMI. I was told, from 2nd month onwards I will get considerable business conversions which will help me to close the loan in subsequent months / or pay the EMI without any financial burden on me.
But the super bonanza package wasn’t completed in the specified timeline as they promised. I paid 3 EMI’s hoping they will deliver presuming there is a delay.
After that I didn’t get their services delivered to cover the Emi to pay the loan offered by TI lending. Hence I asked for cancellation of their services and full refund in December. Till January first week 2023 my online catalogue was not even ready - I was pulled into 2 meetings by them asking for one more month’s time to complete their work.
Firstly super bonanza package is for only one year and they had dragged me for 6 months without providing their services.
I want full refund of the money that I paid to TI and cancellation of the loan.

I am Nikhil Srivastava from Lucknow, my Firm is Rudraksh Home Solutions.
I got TradeIndia basic plan on the 29th of Nov 2022 and it was approved for 25000 rupees including GST, 7000 I paid by account transfer, and remaining the amount of 18000 I paid by Credit card and Made 12 EMI(1500/month). after making payment I came to know that there are a lot of people were cheated by TradeIndia.com so I found a lot of complaints against TI, so I didn't give approval on mail to proceed my plan and I requested for refund as I didn't want to be helpless as others, then when my Credit card bill has generated, it was not in EMI, when I called to Indus bank customer care they told me that my EMI transactions details were not shared by Merchant(TI), and the bank asked me for Chargesheet of the transaction so they can make EMIs. on 22 Dec I called several time to SANDEEP YADAV(Sales Manager) but he didn't respond, Even I dropped my concern on his WhatsApp but he didn't respond. I also tried to connect with TI customer care but there is no option to connect with any representative after 2 days when I again msg him on WhatsApp he shares a Screenshot of a ZOOM meeting. I had to pay the full amount of my CC bill on the 26th of December as the last date was the 25th Dec. after the 28th Dec Sandeep Yadav Told me that he was busy in Meetings so he couldn't respond to me the I realize in this Company if a single person is busy in companies meeting then there is no any other option by which you can raise ur complaints or any other concern. on 6 Jan 2023, I sent mail and requested to refund of my money, and gave all my reasons after 2 days a Ma'am called me regarding my mail, and when I started to explain my case and issue she cut the call and didn't pick me to call. on 12th Dec again I got a call from tradeindia Team I explained all issues he gave me a TAT of 48 hrs but today 19th Dec and there is no response from Trade India. They are only Sale centric, not after-sales. after getting full payment there is no response from the Sales team, and backend team even their customer care is only for formality.

Kindly help me to get back my money

as i have paid amount of rs-41, 151 on dated[protected] and after that my service started on[protected] official but we are not satisfied at that time and raise multiple issue to your sales executive mr parth gandhi and mr jaydeep pandya on[protected]still problems are not solved) considering issue of website build, favicon icon, ssl, ti pay, google listing, monopoly keywords, private category add/modify etc after that support team member have visited on site and try to understand above issue but unable to commit it to complete and then area head mr manishbhai visited and try to give his best performance after that some of points are cleared but till date its already 2.5 month and main point that is private category and buy leads is not fulfilled from your end as i have visited 3 times your corporate office to stop my service and refund my full amount which i have paid on advance basis as i am tired of completing to each every member of your company and now i don't think that it's gone easy ahead as company has also started my package with out my prior permission or no one has asked about my complaint or service since 3 month i am tired from your end, so please stop my services and release my payment which i have made on trust of amount rs 41, 151/-.

As soon as the full payment is made trade india did not get my catalogue made propererly and to start there term tenure of 3 years that make my incomplete website active on net and Inspite of repeated request since my account is activated that it is not properly uploaded with correct key words. After paying such a huge amount of 74000 and as I was Earler using trade India free listing and after taking there paid services it is still working on free listing key words. In 9 months i would have received maximum of 20-30 phone calls till date and hundreds of irrelevent and fake messages. Every time message says that the buyer wants "bath soap" and when i call them back they either says that they did not come online from last 2 hours or more or some times it says that that were searching edible oil, mustard oil etc etc and they even dont have any concern with so called "bath soap" than how come that "bath soap " reflect in my enquires. You can get it checked the last 9 months data. When I called Trade India customer care i came to know the name of my account manager named Saurabh shrivastav and it was told to me that he will solve all my quries and difficulties i am facing from last 9 months and on my reqest he come to my office and assured me that he will do the all necessary action to stop these irrelevant and fake messages but sir I am very sorry to say he is worth useless man and also not taking his job seriously. Almost 20 days have passed and non of my quirey is rectified. Only irrelevant and fake messages are landing on message and whatsapp every minute but no phone call I am receiving, I would request you to kindly do the needful with immediate effect or start my tenure of aggrement from the day when all these problems get rectified Or kindly refund back my money since i am not at all satisfied with the services of Trade India. I also request you to kindly change my accounts manager with immediate effect as he is worth useless for my catalogue and in upbringing my business. He should be rather thrown out from trade india since he is not doing is job sincerely.
My account was earlier in India mart were I was on "trust seal" level with customer satisfaction of 4.5 stars out of 5. I receive atleast 100 calls daily and all my existing clients are just because of hard workshop of india mart people and talented account manager
I request you to kindly refund back my money, deliver my website control panel, or start my term of my package valid for 3 years from the day the catalogue is updated fully.

If you have not gotten your funds back, you can still get it back. I invested with this same company a few months ago but to me I believe I got scammed until I contacted offshoreresolve.com to get my money back from them, you can also contact this company to advise you on what to do.

If you have not gotten your funds back, you can still get it back. I invested with this same company a few months ago but to me I believe I got scammed until I contacted offshoreresolve.com to get my money back from them, you can also contact this company to advise you on what to do.

I have paid rs. 65, 000 for service of 2 years from trade India. They made big promises while signing a contract with me that we shall design your website, and provide you daily leads differently than what you receive in bulk.

Till date, i am receiving fake inquiries. Its been 1 month now i am being fooled by them.

Mr. Sanjay (Manager) his mobile no :[protected] started to ignore our calls, mails or messages. Whenever I ask for a refund, Mr. Sanjay gave so many reasons and blocked us . So, we tried to reach through different numbers but no use at all. The same response was received from them. Why tradeindia.com isn't taking any necessary action against them. It gives opinions like tradeindia.com is also involved with them. Because while viewing the other complaints below it looks like no necessary action has been taken against them from your side. Kindly take necessary action against them and support us to refund the amount from them.
