Subject: Fake Scam website Trademeshop.com took my money and not sending item.

On 24-August 2021 l ordered chainsaw 28mm from Trademeshop.com a total of Rs2261 which l paid using my Bank debit card. On[protected] l received 2 emails confirming my order. On[protected] on their website HTTPS:// www.trademeshop.com it had their customer care number#[protected] which l called on 3-9-2021 at 11:06am and the male unknown person told me that my item will be delivered on 4-9-2021, but since then the item chainsaw has not been delivered. On 5-9-2021 l tried reaching them several times thru their phone and also email which is [protected]@trademeshop.com and thru their website, but everything has been shut down and there is no way to contact them. Finally l did try and get their office address in Delhi thru their website display on Google but the site does not open up.
Delhi office address of Trade meshop.com is as follows.

Hope you will look into the above concerns of the customer and resolve the issue.
Please note: l would want to ask CEO PayU Mr Anirban, Did he check wether the Vendor Trademeshop.com is Genuine and does he physically has the products displayed on his website which is now shut down since Sunday[protected]. his phone and email is also shut down. Please CEO Mr Anirban do not give the company trademeshop my money. He has cheated over 50 customers by not sending the product or item. Please speak to Yogendra Dubey Noda from PayU since his name appears on my bank statement about the payment of 2, 261 made to PayU account. I need refund immediately.
I have sent written complaint to Consumer help line goverment of India, National Cyber Crime Reporting portal and to cybercell police gvt agency in Udupi city.
Please CEO Mr. Anirban l need the name of the person, phone and address from Trademeshop.com who enrolled in your PayU so that l can forward to National cybercell goverment of India.
I hope you will co-operate in this above urgent matter.
Since it is my hard earned money which has gone to the scam cheater Trademeshop.com

Please do not shift the blame on me the customer it is between you PayU and Vendor which is Trademeshop.com
I need the name of the person, phone and address in your PayU company information documents. Please see their documents and give me the information l need.
Please note. Their phone, email and website has been shut down since[protected] and we the customers cannot access it.

I will be holding PayU responsible since my money is gone to PayU Account Yogendra Dubey. Find out where this Dubey person is??? and question him about the above details of my concern
