Tradus.com — Refund fraud

We bought two products from trauds.com and found them to be duplicate so i immediately raised this issue with tradus.com and they asked me to ship them the item back. They promised me that once when they receive the package they would initiate the refund however i'm still awaiting for any response on that. This gave me a lot of emotional stress and financial setback, i would suggest people to be aware of tradus.com. This is with reference to my complaint for Casio EdificeEF-558D-1AV against the sub-order ID 11545674_02 and my return of the product through Aramex as suggested by Tradus.com and the tracking number for the above product is [protected].
