    As on today we didn’t receive any call from Aramex or no response from Tradus to numerous e-mail messages.

      Hi,

      I purchased Salora's SM401 mobile Online through Tradus.com, They put a deal with ENTER Bluetooth Headset freebie with the Mobile, but unfortunately, I didn't recieved it with Phone after one month regular follow up and phone calls finally they delivered Headset - but it is used and not working one - just for sake of get ride of me they closed the compliant call, Now no answer from them.

      Tradus Customer service is really a worst Service,
      They never reply to any of the query

      I'm very much disappointed with the service

          An amount of 955 Rs has been debited from my bank account but they did not provide me even a transaction id and even my account in the site shows zero orders
          I have mailed tradus care but they not even bothered to reply me and complaint ticket numbers are 53610 and 62115.

            I Purchased a item, ID: 3008451,Payment date: 21 JULY, Order id 3250126. But it suddenly disappeared from my order history. After sending 5 requests and 3 phone calls they said everything is fine and just a system issue. Then after a day i get an email of refund and they say it is out of stock. The mail says "refund in process".

            Question 1: Why was payment accepted for a non available item?
            Question 2: No provision for functional customer care?

            After that is start getting automatic responses for each query sent. All they say is a server fault "We are facing some technical difficulties. ......".

            Question 3: Server fault? What if my bank account/ credit card information was hacked from their faulty server?

            After 3 days again i get an email that order has been refunded.

            Question 4: Where was the refund made, i cannot see on my card that was used to make purchase, in addition to that they are not even replying to my simple email's that ask the mode of refund (credit card, bank, check etc). All i get is automated email in response to my query.

            I have tried contacting TRADUS via the form at contact us page of their website with all details.
            Email addresses i have contacted but received no response:

            Question 5: If they say on one end it will be delivered, and on other that product value will be refunded. How should i convince myself for the type of service they provide and how promising they are after they cancel my order without even informing me and replying to my questions?

            I have Spent 3886/- INR for the product
            Over 2 days researching prices
            Waiting 7 days for delivery
            Then waiting again for refunds.
            Over 10 days following up with them
            20+ email conversations (one way only)
            Over 8 calls to two numbers, answered just twice.
            Will i need to go to Delhi/Gurgaon to take my refund by spending over the same amount i used to make purchase and time that's the most important, i guess.

            TRADUS needs to respond if they are into business.
            I have ordered products from international market from multiple sites that don't fall under the jurisdiction of our country but they had excellent support and reliability. That's what they call " business ".

            The same happened with me a few months back.
            They are very unresponsive and irresponsible that i stopped shopping with them.

              I have ordered the product through Tradus.in. The particular is Saree and the quantity is 4.

              I have ordered on June 25th, 2012. But i have received the product on July 3rd, 2012 sharply at 10.30am.

              When i opened the pocket, i was shocked that i have received only one saree that too with poor quality.

              I mailed them on the same day. But i received the reply from them on July 11th, 2012 stating as below: (Note: But as per the tradus policy we have to resend the product within "we offer the buyers No Questions Asked Return Policy within 15 days of receiving the shipment. Buyer may return any unopened, unused item in its original packaging, for a refund. No returns shall be accepted beyond a period of 15 days from the receipt of goods by the Buyer").(My question is how can i send the product after this mail? so, i have forwarded the product to the address mentioned in the courier. But the amount has not been refunded till date)

                I ordered a puma shirt from tradus.Com
                size (M)order ID : 3178592
                the dimensions given on the site for the size was wrong.
                Size medium turned out to be a shirt which a 10 year kid would fit in..
                bad experience..
                normally I buy small size for myself bt according to their standard
                XXXL would fit me..they refused to exchange it as XXL was not in their stock
                even after my experience,the measurement for the shirt was not updated. They are selling kid sized shirts in women section.

                  I believe that the 3 working days time is over. May be the seller is not taking it seriously. My humble mails seems weak but its true and also my goodness is certainly not my weakness.
                  looking at the pen drive after unpacking, anybody will understand that it has been damaged due to heavy load pressure which is possible only in courier or storage department where some heavy weight material must have been dumped over it.

                    This is with regards to your order for Signoraware Lunch n Outdoor Kit Lunch (With insulated bag)-530 against the Item ID - 2713762.
                    I was not satisfied with the product size and shape.
                    When I queried about the returning of product, the customer service says it cannot be returned as the package has been opened.
                    It is not an electronic or gift item, its a lunch box..and it cannot be used if its known that it is of no use.
                    The Customer service is very lame and they only talk about policies and regrets which they don't really care about.

                    PRODUCT 2: I ordered a SIZE 10 shoe and I instead got a SIZE 6.
                    There was no response for more than a week, after multiple mails, there is still no action.
                    I wanted to gift it to somebody and now time has passed by and it is again of no use even if i will get an exchange which I don't see happening.

                      i ordered Sandisk 8GB Micro SD Card item id - 2676111, Order ID: 3075580, against Transaction ID: 3075580 on dated[protected]. they placed shipment using ARAMEX corrier shipment number [protected] on next day.
                      but i did not receive item till today[protected].
                      according to tradus.com my city jhabua ,pin 457661 is serviceable for shipping.
                      after checking my pin i placed order.

                      please help.

                        This is Manjunath from Bangalore. I placed an order in Tradus for 8Gb Memory Card. Below are the details:

                        Net Payment Value: Rs. 191/-

                        As one can see I paid through netbanking and payment was successful. (attaching the screenshot of Order details in my Tradus account)

                        Problem is Order Status shows as Goods Dispatched. But Its been a more than a 10 days I have not received any product or even a call for the same from courier. I have been sending message to Customer Care within Tradus account - there is not a single response. I doubt - if they have any customer care center. Not able to find any phone/contact number In their website- How Trustworthy is this..

                        This was my first deal with Tradus and it's really disappointing. May be it's a small amount one can ignore - but this is not the way to make money - Tradus. Really - a Bad Experience. Mistake teaches a lot, and my mistake was to purchase from Tradus.. and It has paid me..!! Thank you Tradus.

                        I bought a product on 11/2/2011order number 1373892 and I have not received the product until the time I am raising this complain, these people don't have any help line people any forum should be banned immediately a stern action should be taken against this kind of Hypocrites. Please suggest was how to get a refund of rs 711.

                        I have placed an order in tradus.in on 20th July. On the same day I could see the order status on the order history page.
                        I have not received the product yet. Also in the website I can't see anything in the order history.
                        Kindly don't give an excuse of system was not working. If It was not the payment wouldn't have successful and I wouldn't have got the sms of the order ID.

The seller has the product listed on tradus so I don't think he ran out of product. I would like to have some speedy resolve to this tradus menace.

                            I ordered an item New Feel Sneakers(Shoes) in tradus.in against Item Id - 2611714 on
                            [protected].I received my goods on[protected]. But the product what i ordered is entirely different.
                            I received a call from tradus people from number [protected] on[protected] that they have sent me a duplicate product.
                            They told me that they will send me actual product with in 7-10 working days
                            Again they messaged me on[protected] that the replacement is not possible and whether they can initiate the entire amount back to my account.
                            I replied you can refund back the total amount back to my account.
                            Till now i didn't get any update from tradus team whether the amount refund is in process or the replacement is going on.

                              i have buy jaipan gift set from WWW.TRADUS.IN . which i order it contains jaipan's 1 dosa tawa + 1 frying pan+1 kadai this all product they mention on there site its 4mm but when i recieve it does not contain kadai and all items was 2.2mm not 4 as they mention on there site. they send me another dosa tawa. i tell to them same day they just asking me for only time and time they ask me for 3 days its already over but still i did not get aNY reply from them . i said to them i want 4mm product i wont back money coz i need that product few months ago i buy same product from tradus of nirlep company which was broken after tell to tradus they did not change they refund my money after so long period they take more than 2 months to refund my money . this time i wont my money from them i want 1st i recieve the correct product than i will send it back to them please help me out from this problem . my email id [protected]@yahoo.com nad contact no is [protected]

                                  i have ordered a sony W620 14.1mp digital camera from tradus.in on 7.6.2012 and i paid the money of rs.7506 through debit card,and my order id is 2808329.i have called them many times by their contact number [protected] to know the status of my product but they are not responding me in a proper way.They said that they have dispatched my product through ARAMEX couriers on 10.6.2012,Their courier partners said there was no update over my product. After calling them repeatedly i asked the customer executive of tradus to cancel my product and to repay my money, they accepted my cancellation on 28.6.2012 but still i did not get my money back,plz kindly help me to get my money back...

                                    I ordered USB Wireless Mouse from Tradus.in (HP KF860PA Comfort USB Mouse, Transaction ID: 2985557) but they delivered me normal USB mouse with wire. The cost of mouse (Wired) is just half of Wireless Mouse.

                                    The worst part is they have displayed a wrong image of wireless mouse. The model number they mentioned is same for wired mouse. That's pathetic. When I complained, they told me that I ordered the same model number.

                                    Despite of several emails, they stopped responding. They don't have any phone number so that anyone can speak to them. I regret my decision to order online from Tradus.in and decided to spread that no one should order from them.

                                    Please never never order anything from Tradus.in

                                    I have bought a book from Tradus.in on the 9th of July and still I have not got any reply or answer from them. When I can customer care they tell that they are processing it and will let me know , but they never bother to get back and nor the refund too. My order if 1001499.

                                    i ordered on tradus.com 4pcs philips qt4005 trimmer. my order no. is 11997137 but i received the 3 pcs only in box. the services of tradus.com is very ridiculous.

                                      TRADUS is better avoided readers. BUYER BEWARE of TRADUS.IN

                                      I intended to order a 4GB SanDisk SD Memory Card for Rs 219/- online through Tradus on 21st June 2012. Their payment gateway is PAYU which malfunctioned during payment transfer. My amount was debited while Tradus was credited. However, the transaction was shown as incomplete. Today is 3rd July 2012 and I have not yet received reversal in my bank account. I am fed up of communicating through e-mails. The customer dis-service man from Tradus told me I will receive the reversal soon. How soon is soon in India, everyone knows in India. Bloody daunting and boring.

                                      Verdict: Tradis is better avoided. eBay is professional though their website is sometimes slower than a snail. Atleast your money does not go down the drain as in tradus. Buyer Beware.
