Hi Team,

I had purchased a Home Theatre system from Tradus.in whose details are as mentioned:

Item id:133668
Item : Philips DSP2500 Home Theatre + Philips DVP3516 DVD Player
Order ID: 1101523
Order Date: 24 Nov 2010

But I was not satisified with product as it didnt had USB play and there were similar models on site to confuse me.

Under there 15 days Return Policy which states that: Return Policy a). To provide you a great shopping experience on tradus.in, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 15 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund.

I requested them to replace my Order with any available Philips DVD Player with USB and I can pay the extra amount.

But after making me wait for 4 days they said they cant replace as the required product was delivered to me.

My Question is why to endorse a policy of 15 days Unconditional return if you can't abide by it.
Through your forum I would request them either to make them replacement or refund my money.

Please suggest way to get this issue resolved.

So under this you are obliged to return the product and if you wont, state me clear reason which justifies your policy too.
Here you have mentioned No Question return, so if you cant deliver me product ( as I’m not satisfied with this) then process the whole money refund.

If you promising something, please abide by it, I may have to take the process of law incase you still refuse without a proper reason which adheres to your policies.

Hello Team,

Thanks for the superb and timely delivery of Product. I’m really impressed and this cleared all the negative feedback that I got.
But there is one request I have to make, seems like as there were very similar products for Philips DSP 2500 Home Theatre. I wanted to select the DVD Player with USB but due to confusion ended up selecting one without USB.

Is it possible to replace this with new order as Its useless to me:
It’s a humble request as the product will go useless for me, You can just replace the DVD as Speaker System is same with all models.

Under your 15 days return policy, I would request you to replace my product Philips DSP2500 Home Theatre + Philips DVP3516 DVD Player with Combo Offer:-Philips DSP2500 5.1 Ch Home Theatre+ Philips DVP3326 DVD Player with USB.
Please help me out to further encourage me continue shopping with your website.

The product delivered to you was the same as ordered and we can not offer you replacement of a different product against the same.

Also, its clearly mentioned in our Terms and Conditions that we do not give refunds on Electronics and Mobiles [with exception if the product is not the same as ordered]. Please refer to http://www.tradus.in/terms.php.

      Dear Sir,

      I have placed an order of SANDISK 4GB CRUZER BLADE PENDRIVE on the website of tradus.in on 28th october 2010 and i paid 325 rupees for the same order on same date by credit card. There was mentioned that they will deliver the product within 5 working days but it is 26 November 2010 and i didn't get my product delivered. The order number of my product is 1064127
      please take some necessary action on tradus.in
      my email-id is [protected]@gmail.com please email me.
      I saved my address details on tradus.in while registering, but i coudnt see my address details, when i tried to update my address website just wont let u update your address, if tradus.in dont save addresses, how can they claim delivery of the product in five days

        Hi,

        I purchased a Videocon inverter (Transaction ID: 1056311 dated 23rd October 2010) at tradus.in, which has turned out to be a biggest mistake of my life time. I have made numerous purchases over internet and this is my first ever bitter experience with online shopping.

        To start with, the product was delivered in a delayed manner and there was no proper order tracking method in place (I received the tracking information for the shipment a week after I got the delivery). It is like you place the order and then start praying for the ordered item to reach you. Infact, I was not communicated the courier tracking number till I got the delivery of the product. When the product was delivered, I was shocked to see that I was sent a damaged inverter after paying Rs.4512/- towards this purchase. When I reported this issue to the Tradus.in customer service, I was promised that the damaged product will be picked up by the courier and I will get a replacement. But their promise was not kept up and I was always kept in waiting mode. After waiting for 2 weeks and sending a number of emails to the customer care, Tradus.in customer care team asked me to send the pictures of the damaged product. I emailed the pictures of the damaged product to the Tradus.in customer care team immediately. Even after providing all the information/pictures to Tradus.in customer care, they doesn't seem to be bothered much and they have again asked me to wait till they get a response from their so called "Back end team". Also, most of my emails to their customer service goes unanswered and Tradus.in DOES NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER CARE PHONE NUMBER EITHER.

        Though Tradus.in portrays itself as a customer friendly online store (by saying 15 days return policy, etc...), I would strongly suggest you to think twice before making any purchase at Tradus.in. If something goes wrong with the product that your order at Tradus.in, then you are dead.

        Out of the 100s of purchases I have made online, this is my first bad experience and Tradus.in customer care literally sucks. If this happened in US, I would have definitely sued Tradus.in for their irresponsible attitude and for taking a genuine customer for a ride.

        P.S: I have added some emails below that I received from Tradus.in until now to prove my point. I have also attached the pictures of the damaged product that was delivered to me.

        In accordance to our telephonic conversation yesterday, we would like to inform that your complaint has already been forwarded to the manufacturer (Videocon) of the product ordered by you.

        They have assigned a service engineer for this case who would shortly visit your place to check if the product is in repairable condition or not, in case it can not be repaired, it would be replaced as we only deal in branded products with manufacturer's warranty for our precious customer's peace of mind.

        We will provide you the complaint number for the same as soon as we get it from the manufacturer.

          I purchased a HP printer and three books from Tradus via online shopping on 14th Oct 2010. Without confirming the address they processed my payment and confirm that my order will be delivered on my old address ie Ghaziabad one. On seeing that my payment has been confirmed and order will reach Ghaziabad , I imdt contacted tradus. Their customer care executive told me that order will be delivered on Manipur address but they require a mail from my side for the same. I send them a mail on the same day ie 14 Oct 2010.

          After this also, to my surprise first they deliver the books on my ghaziabad address. When i called them up they were not aware of the problem only!!!!!! One of thier customer care executive Mr Lakshya told me that he will come back to me within half an hour with the details. Next 6 hrs no body gave me a call from tradus and when again I ring them up they told me that I have to contact Airways ie courier company which is looking the delivery part of order. I gave a call to Airways and again to my suprise they told me that from tradus side thier is no request for address change!!!! I again gave a call to Tradus and narrate the Airways story to Mr Lakshya and Sandeep.

          Lakshya told me that I will get the delivery in next seven days, positively. And today ie 28 Oct 2010, I got a call from Airways tellling that they will be coming to deliver the printer at my GHAZIABAD address!!! I told them that about my problem and I got a quiz winning reply that thier is no address change request from Tradus side.

          I gave a ring to Tradus which was attended by Sandeep. In a very unprofessional and rudy manner he told me that he will cancel my order and I will get my money back. I told him that ok, pl send me a mail confirming the same he told me that I will get the mail in next 30 min. The conversation happened at about 1000 hrs and it is more than 3 hrs and I havent received any mail from thier side.
          Today it is 11 Nov 2010 and till now I am waiting for the refund of my money or product but all my attempts are unsuccessful. In between one Mr Vikas( I hope he told me his correct name) called me up stating that I will get my order in next 24 hrs but this was also about 144 hrs back and I am still waiting for the refund or order.
          I am sure that this site and all the employees of this organisation are fraud. Doesnt have any professional experience. They are just making money from customer's pockets.

          It is in ref of my order no.-1047402. Till now i havent received my
          order and the order is still moving in Delhi as the Airways man called
          me up to deliver the printer in ghaziabad only.

          I think this is the heights o[censored]nprofesionalism and misbehaviour with
          your customer.

          I would like to cancel my order with immediate effect. Failure on your
          part will lead to a customer care n legal case against your
          organisation (incl your ex- Lakshya and Sandeep with whom I was in
          correspondance) for failure of delivery after taking payment and
          making false promises for delivery.
          It's a case of fraud and cheating with customer. I would like to know
          that in how much time I will get my money back. Pl send a confirmatory
          mail in this regard.

          5. Request to arrange refund asap.

            And i got the message that the item is delivered!!!!

            I mailed back them telling all the details, but no reply other than the auto reply.

              I purchased a HP printer and three books from Tradus via online shopping on 14th Oct 2010. Without confirming the address they processed my payment and confirm that my order will be delivered on my old address ie Ghaziabad one. On seeing that my payment has been confirmed and order will reach Ghaziabad , I imdt contacted tradus. Their customer care executive told me that order will be delivered on Manipur address but they require a mail from my side for the same. I send them a mail on the same day ie 14 Oct 2010.

              After this also, to my surprise first they deliver the books on my ghaziabad address. When i called them up they were not aware of the problem only!!!!!! One of thier customer care executive Mr Lakshya told me that he will come back to me within half an hour with the details. Next 6 hrs no body gave me a call from tradus and when again I ring them up they told me that I have to contact Airways ie courier company which is looking the delivery part of order. I gave a call to Airways and again to my suprise they told me that from tradus side thier is no request for address change!!!! I again gave a call to Tradus and narrate the Airways story to Mr Lakshya and Sandeep.

              Lakshya told me that I will get the delivery in next seven days, positively. And today ie 28 Oct 2010, I got a call from Airways tellling that they will be coming to deliver the printer at my GHAZIABAD address!!! I told them that about my problem and I got a quiz winning reply that thier is no address change request from Tradus side.

              I gave a ring to Tradus which was attended by Sandeep. In a very unprofessional and rudy manner he told me that he will cancel my order and I will get my money back. I told him that ok, pl send me a mail confirming the same he told me that I will get the mail in next 30 min. The conversation happened at about 1000 hrs and it is more than 3 hrs and I havent received any mail from thier side.

              I am sure that this site and all the employees of this organisation are fraud. Doesnt have any professional experience. They are just making money from customer's pockets.

              It is in ref of my order no.-1047402. Till now i havent received my
              order and the order is still moving in Delhi as the Airways man called
              me up to deliver the printer in ghaziabad only.

              I think this is the heights o[censored]nprofesionalism and misbehaviour with
              your customer.

              I would like to cancel my order with immediate effect. Failure on your
              part will lead to a customer care n legal case against your
              organisation (incl your ex- Lakshya and Sandeep with whom I was in
              correspondance) for failure of delivery after taking payment and
              making false promises for delivery.

              It's a case of fraud and cheating with customer. I would like to know
              that in how much time I will get my money back. Pl send a confirmatory
              mail in this regard.

              Tradus.com is highly fraud and unprofessional site. They will never reply your mail and will not deliver your product also. the whole story with all the mail chain ia as follows-

              It is in ref of my order no.-1047402. Till now i havent received my
              order and the order is still moving in Delhi as the Airways man called
              me up to deliver the printer in ghaziabad only.

              I think this is the heights o[censored]nprofesionalism and misbehaviour with
              your customer.

              I would like to cancel my order with immediate effect. Failure on your
              part will lead to a customer care n legal case against your
              organisation (incl your ex- Lakshya and Sandeep with whom I was in
              correspondance) for failure of delivery after taking payment and
              making false promises for delivery.
              It's a case of fraud and cheating with customer. I would like to know

                  I had ordered book "Monkey Business" on 6th october 2010 and the Order number was 1041132.

                  For 9 Days it was not delievered,nor there was no information from their side regd why is it being delayed then i had to call up at their end the and d official told me that he will be calling me regarding the same but that call never came

                  Then on 15 October 2010 , i got a mail frm thier side that order cannot be processed and refund will be done ..Saying refund is easy but its a matter of trust when we order on their site in hope that order would be completed but it left me in lurch.I was nowhere as that book i had to gift someone.

                  Today is 22 October 2010.Its been 16 days since my refund has not been done, its not the question of money but when we are awaiting our confirmation from ur side, these people cancelled our order without any intimation and now for Last 7 days the refund has not been done .


                  Worst sites on which i have done any buying. Won't do it again and will not recommennd to anybody.



                  Please check into this matter urgently, as it is not expected for a company to be responding in this manner.

I had also called their customer care service,but i was told to send an email with photos of defective jeans.I had sent many emails with photos of defective jeans but still no reply .In their website it is written that full refund or replacement will be done in case of defective goods being delivered.                       Do not shop with tradus, they sell defective products

                      I ordered for a 4GB sandisk pendrive from tradus.in and received the same within 3 days from the date of purchase however for my surprise the pen drive does not works, i tried copying files it shows an error '' disc is write protected'' and when i try to format the same i get an error ''format was unsuccessful''.

                      I sent a mail to them on saturday[protected] and till monday i received no reply from them, i called the customer care on[protected], the rep told me they will call me back within an hour, i received a call and they gave me an option to get the device replaced , I wanted refund , they were forcing me to go for replacement after lot of hesitation the rep agreed for refund however he said that i will have to wait for 15 days for refund...

                      Tradus sends a defective product at first place and wants customers to wait for 15 days to get a refund?? is this fair.

                      However, we would like to inform that the product (Sandisk 4GB Cruzer Blade) was sealed pack and had a 1 year's manufacturer's warranty on it. Therefore, in case you receive a defective product, you are requested to take it up with the manufacturer directly since it has been directly procured from the brand/ company.

                      Since you don't want a replacement for the same, we will get it picked up and send back to the seller for testing. If it's defective, then the necessary action would be taken. Please ensure that you send back the product in it's original packaging.

                        i returned the product but still i dint got the refund from past one month

                        order id is : 10756886 .i dint liked the product . its was very poor quality. i returned the product and asked for the refund but they are not refunding the product instead they are asking many questions. its happening from past one month.

                          hi i m krishan lal chugh and i won gift voucher on ibibo.com and they gave a 500 rs gift voucher and i used that voucher in buying a techcom 12 mp camera on tradus.in ( their online shopping site).

                          i got my product on time but its not 12 mp camera. they are lieing on site that they are giving 12 mp camera of techcom i used that cam i feel its not even 4 mp camera and this is a cheating over their site that they are telling much about their product just for sake of selling but actually they are not giving a actual product as they mentioned on site.


                          please tell me what to do with them

                          I ordered a reverse parking sensor from tradus online. The offer was for Rs.1499 for a reverse parking sensor with LED mirror display which was beautiful (as per the pics on deal) Order ID 7979669_01. When I received the product it was just the normal one with small orange display.I spoke with Datson customer service, his name was Ajit and he told me that the pictures in the deal was just for the display and they don't have any other products available. I asked them to replace the correct one or refund me. After a long conversation with the customer service, he finally agreed to refund the product and asked me to mail tradus for same. I did the same and the response from them was terrible,

                          This is with reference to your order for Car Reverse Safety Parking Sensors With Mirror Display sub-order ID 7979669_01. I sincerely regret that the product sent by the seller WH_Ventures is incorrect.

                          We regret that we are unable to replace the product or process a refund for the same. As already mentioned on our web site," In cases, where the item/product delivered is received in a damaged condition or the contents are missing, Buyer must inform tradus.com by visiting Help Section and submitting a query within 24 hours of delivery of the item/product and if the Buyer is unable to do so, then the buyer would be deemed to have waived all claims in respect of the damaged, missing, tampered, etc goods."

                          We regret that we are unable to help you in this regards.


                          The seller was ready for the refund, but tradus denied it.

                            This is to bring to light the online cheating of TRADUS.IN. which is a part of much published IBIBO group.

                            i had won the Auction no:[protected] for LG LCD Jazz Atom (22 inches) Model : 22LU11UR on tradus.in and made the payment of Rs. 13551.00 on the same day itself.

                            The seller had sent me a mail promising to send the item on 26th April and I would receive it by 28th April.

                            But afterwards my query on the dispatch details were all ignored and the seller has not so far done any further communications though I had send repeated reminders.

                            Annoyed by the attitude I had requested for refund of the same through tradus.in on 29th April 2010 and later on 1st May and 2nd may 2010 also.

                            On May 5th 2010 I receive a mail from [protected]@ibibogroup.com offering apologies for the inconvenience caused and stating that they have processed a refund for my amount and that It would be credited back to my account in another 10-15 working days.

                            But now even after one month and many repeated mails which were unanswered I am yet to receive my money back. HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?

                            I agree with you. Tradus is a cheater company. I paid amount for a refrigerator and got confirmation that my payment have been received but till date the product have not been delivered nor the amount refunded.

                              I bought a leather bag from www.tradus.in which has to be deliver at Jammu.
                              After 40 days, I have not recieved the item and moreover after repeated follow ups, calls , mails the situation is still the same...No body is there to hear your complaints ....They have recieved the cash and now I am the fool who is waiting for the delivery... This site for me is a big fraud.....

                              I purchased a sandisk pendrive 4 gb from you and the auction no:[protected] through tradus. My payment was made on[protected]. I face the same problem. mail id and phone listed in their website is not working. They are big frauds. I havnt received any information nor the product. people dont purchase from them..

                                cheating, misleading the general public
                                i just want to aware all the the people who are using tradus.in website for the bidding and purchasing the products from them, i am a registerd user of the company and purshased more then Rs 50000/-( rs fifty thoussand only) of the products from them , the aution amount and the mrp shown on the products are totaly diffrent as mention on the products delivered, when i complaint to the tradus for the same , they suspended my account because they are cheating the general public, i am going to lodge a criminal complaint against them and i request all the people NOT TO BUY THE PRODUCTS FROM THE TRADUS.IN otherwise you will also be like me,

                                tradus.in is cheat system, if want fair bidding go to ebay. Tradus is for sellers not for buyers. Whereever buyer's price is not coming the time keeps on increasing and meanwhile buyer places his own bids
