[Resolved] Trai — about some issues videocon d2h | |||
I raised complaint on vediocon d2h 11 October, they replace my d2h box and charged almost 450rs(250rs d2h and 200rs engineering visit) they are not giving bill for replacement. After 1week d2h box not working properly. I raised complaint in customer care. She called only warranty for d2h box but you have to pay 200rs engineering visit... But some time customer care(she) told like no need to pay amount. After engineering visit vediocon d2h box replaced but they charged 200rs from my vediocon d2h account...i raised complaint many time but complaint has been registered and will get resolved till some date like 11th Oct then 14th Oct then 17th Oct then 24 hrs etc... Still the issue going on... Another thing if you call customer care it will take 20 min to connect his representative.. Very very worst services and customer care don't ever buy vediocon d2h...
