Trai — against not activating new account and balance deduction from current balance and change of expiry date

Airtel DTH has not activated my new pack and they are deducting the balance and customer care is not responding to that and even after 20 calls from 2 feb i have not received a single help from. Kindly help we are cunsumers and for companies and govy policies we always have to suffer. Is this the way of dealing with indian people. We are treated as salves in private and public sector.
